So I did some shopping on Coast Scents last week and got my self a full make-up kit now. :D
I purchased the 66 lip colour palette, 10 colour blush palette, and the eclipse facial palette which includes highlighter, 3 corrector shades, and 11 shades of concealer.
So my hair is dyed white blonde with cotton candy pink and baby blue in the bangs. My co-worker commented that I looked like a unicorn. After that I couldn't wait to come home and do some unicorn inspired make-up. This is it!
For the eyes! Baby blue over the lid, lilac in the crease and outer corner, then i put a pink with blue over top to get that purple-y colour in the tear duct. Then I used my turquoise eyeshadow crayon to line my upper eyelids and my tear line. Finished it off with a little liquid black eyeliner and black mascara. As for my eyebrows simply drawn on with purple eyeshadow following my natural brow. And of course always primer first with Lime Crime eyeshadow helper.
For the lips! Super simple! I used Lime Crime's D'Lilac on the inside of my lips, then lined my lips with Lime Crime's No She Didn't. Using a lip brush I blended them together.
For my face I just used my regular Cover Girl foundation and powder, then my mark. blush tint stick in peach. I made a bold line across my cheek bone, with a little dabble onto my chubby part of my cheek. Blended lightly then put a little bit translucent powder on it.
Today I went with a classic black, grey, and taupe smokey eye. Taupe on the lids, greyish taupe on the lower crease, dark grey on the upper crease, and black on the outer corners.
So I've been such a lately but when it comes to make-up lately. Throwing on some blush, mascara, and red lip stain and out the door. So today i took my time to do my make-up and it felt great to do. A smokey black and grey eye with light blue shadow to line the top lid as a pop of colour. Finished off with some dark brown lips and mauve blush.
Oh and I've stopped wearing foundation! I've gained that confidence in my skin and have switched from tons of make-up to just primer and a bit of powder to reduce shine. Its a great feeling.
Purple and blue! Light blueish green on the lid, with a sparkly light blue on the lower crease, lavender on the upper crease, and purple on the outer edge. White liner in the tear duct. and lower line.
Today's look is a brown look with a hint of a tealish blue colour. A light beige colour across the lid, a light brown with a hint of teal in the lower crease, dark brown in the upper crease, and a dark brown with a hint of teal in the outer corner.
Rest of my look finished up with white eyeliner on the tear line and the corner of my eye, black liquid liner and mascara, and mauve blush.
A fiery look today! Orange across the lids, yellow in the lower crease, a slightly darker orange in the upper crease, and a red-orange colour on the outer edge. Finished up with black eyeliner and mascara. The face finished off with mauve blush and my red Lime Crime lip stain that I love so much. <3
So a smokey purple eye today. A dark purple across the lid, a lighter purple in the crease and a deep purple on the outer edge. Finished off with some black eyeliner and mascara.
I did a mauve cheek and a red lip but I'm not sure if the red lips work with the purple eyes but I think it looks better with my glasses on. Any opinions?
So I did a beautiful eye this morning. I used a light teal colour across the lid, a baby blue in the crease, and a slightly darker teal in the corners. Then blend blend blend! Add my liquid liner on the top lid, black pencil liner on the water line and some mascara and TA DA! Then my amazing new lime crime lip stain to finish the look. I'm hooked on it!
A sunset type look today. A light coral coloured pink across the lid, yellow in the crease, and black on the corners to create a dramatic effect. Finished off the eye with black eyeliner and mascara.
For the rest of my face a mauve blush stick and a fruit punch lipstick both from Avon.
All of the eyeshadow from my coastal scents eyeshadow palette.
