you watch Shadowhunters, the wedding scene starts, but you see it for the first time and the spoilers don't exist yet (and you know exactly which scene I'm talking about)
"Oh no, oh no, oh no. This can't be happening" - you think, as you watch the beautiful bride walk down the aisle. "I love this song tho" - that thought crosses your mind, but you don't really pay attention to it, too sad, too scared for Alec. And it all starts. The bracelet, the necklase, the stele. You watch with tears in your eyes, cause Alec… Alec can't marry her. He's gay for the love of god! He loves Magnus! You find yourself singing the song in your mind. "Oh, I can't, this song is awesome". But something doesn't add up. You know the words by heart, you could sing them if you just woke up in the middle of the night. And the words… don't quite fit. You don't really pay attention to that fact tho, too invested in the scene. This is really happening, it will be too late in a second. You watch with your heart pounding, first tear rolling down your cheek. And then they stop. Everyone looks at the entrance as Magnus comes in. Your eyes widen in disbelief, when you realise. "The song…" Something clicks in your mind and your eyes follow the screen like your life depends on it. Izzy invited Magnus… Maryse walks towards him, so angry, but he brushes her off. It's all up to Alec now. The bride looks like she's trying to stop him, but to your amezement she says it's okay. "You deserve to be happy" - these words repeat in your head over and over again. "I'll be fine" she says. And he turns around. Your hand covers your open mouth for god knows how long, the other one holds the pillow next to you so tightly, but you don't even feel it. Two hesitant steps. You don't move, even your mind goes blank as you watch. And he walks again, so fast, so sure about what he has to do. "Enough" is the only word he says to his crazy mad mother. You hold your breath, focusing on the screen as if you're actually there. And… he kisses him. This kiss is what you were waiting for since you saw them meet. And it's perfect. Fangirling makes you wanna scream. You already know, you will watch this scene a thousand times.
