the “tumblr community invents a whole mafia movie apparently directed by martin scorsese with an official soundtrack, movie posters, screen caps, and all enough to make one question if that movie really did exist at all like a mandela effect” was not part of my 2022 bingo card
Love to be on a website where I can join such hit 2022 fandoms as "century old public domain novel being read very slowly" and "half-century old mafia film that does not actually exist."
scrolling twitter today and then coming over here is like walking out of a burning building and then walking into the calm remains of a building that burnt down 5 years ago and has been reclaimed by nature.

Me: is it porn
Tumblr: yes(:

can women please be left alone
a woman may be in the most vulnerable situation of her life and ppl will keep talking about if she is beautiful at that moment or not

– Poem written by an 11 year old Afghan girl
This poem was recorded in a NYT magazine article about female underground poetry groups in Afghanistan. An amazing article about the ways in which women are using a traditional two line poetry form to express their resistance to male oppression, their feelings about love (considered blasphemous), and their doubts about religion.
One of the best articles I’ve read all year. Here’s the link

the shit you guys say about radical feminism on here honestly should get you put on a watchlist
right now some 9 year old black boy is literally innocuously using the internet unsupervised like most children and will come upon pornography. he will likely specifically come upon “BBC” porn. how do you think that will affect his sense of self? do you think he will be any less damaged by this racist and degrading porn if its “nonviolent”? now think about how he might begin to relate to his female peers, black and nonblack. right now some 13 year old white boy living in the middle of a majority white town is having his first introduction to asian women through asian teen massage fantasy porn. how do you think he might begin to view asian women and women working in beauty and hospitality industries?
once i was in middle school or my early high school years and i was writing a paper and wanted to use a word referring to being an amateur, but as a noun. i had used “amateurity” but wasnt sure if it was a real word, so i searched it. and the first thing that came up was porn. i’ve had a tumblr blog since i was about 12 or so. it was on this website i first saw pornography, including straight up disgusting and violent porn. i remember when i was maybe in 8th grade my classmates were talking about some video of a girl having sex with her dog. do you think this is an acceptable culture for children to grow up in? do you think this is a culture conducive to justice, equality, and mutual respect between adults? strangulation in pornography has become increasingly popular, and now men are strangling their female sexual partners so often they’ve developed a defense for it. do you think this is a society that values women?
Ezra Miller was like “fuck toxic masculinity I’m wearing florals” and then proceeded to choke slam a woman to the ground
I remember that post from years ago when someone said that we need to realize that even if men will start wearing flowers in their beards hug and kiss each other on the cheeks they will still hate women to the end
hey literally shut the fuck up? ezra is not a man
also the fan was baiting them by misgendering and antagonising them, violence is not the solution but we need to understand what happened
Wow! The “she had it coming” defense in the wild!
Please sit the fuck down and drink a gallon of shut the fuck up juice you little worm
today i learned that violence against wom b is okay if she calls a man a man
Its almost as if violent men think that pronouns are a get out of jail free card. Its almost like it works for all the queerios drinking their gender koolaid
weird little girls are literally the most powerful creative beings on the planet like i promise you no art made by an adult man can even begin to touch the plotlines of an elementary school girl’s pretend game

neurotypical: you’re actually using this as an excuse to not do what you have to do. get over your laziness already
mentally ill person: *perfoms activity while making a huge effort overcoming mental illness in order to do so*
neurotypical: see? you’re perfectly fine. there’s nothing wrong with you.
