After DAO, I actually think Brosca wouldn’t entirely hate visiting Orzammar if you put Bhelen as king.

Don’t get me wrong, they absolutely despise their in-law Bhelen and their mother, sober or not, is an ass, but Rica is there and along with her are Rica’s kids (I think she’d have more than just Endrin) who adore their aunt/uncle/gender neutral term of choice for sibling of your mom.

They like adore them. Brosca is a legend in that house, okay? It drives Bhelen nuts. They play pretend as them and everything.

Endrin: Raw, I’m gonna slay the arc demon. I’m the best warrior Orzammar has ever seen.

Dwarf Appreciation Week–July 27th Dwarf Warden [X]

My dwarf Warden Naja Aeducan. I haven’t totally fleshed out her character yet, but here’s the basics: She’s a very proud dwarf, and wears a decorative headpiece so other’s will see her for who she is–dwarven royalty. To stick it to her treacherous brother, she supported Harrowmont to rule Orzammar.

“why would dwarves want to be Andrastian”

consider that the dwarves that express interest in Andraste are either casteless or surface dwarves, aka rejected from birth from the dominant philosophy, or become rejected from the dominant philosophy because they leave Orzammar

can’t imagine why dwarves would go to a religion that, for better or worse, welcomes converts, when their traditional views either see them as worthless or only of use because of their economic support to Orzammar
