Today's no equipment workout is 345 reps of pure awesomeness.
It took me almost 30 minutes to finish, but I did it! How long does it take you ton do all 345 reps?
Cooked shrimp, greek yogurt, avocado, lime juice and jalapeno sauce make a delicious, healthy snack.
Okay this is rather embarrassing to share but I wanted to do it coz I want to be committed to working towards a significantly more improved “after” photo!! (Sorry for the bad pic quality) This is me at the moment…not where I want to be. Hence why I’ve started this account in the first place… to keep me motivated to keep on going. My goal is to be HEALTHY and FIT and toned. I’m going to be doing the 3 Week Diet starting today. This was hard to share but I’m doing this for me cause I want to reach my own personal goals!
Bravo! I started trying to get back in shape a little over a month ago, and it feels like every week I have to start over again because some life thing got in the way. We can look at fitspo all day long, but at the end of the day, I love to see real people who are also working hard. We’re not perfect yet, but if we do just a little more each day, we’ll get there!
Schedule is a little weird right now so working out is hard. But I ate carrots today so that’s a start.

Ok, these are my first measurements since we began the journey: Poundage: unknown (no scale) Bust: 38" Left thigh: 22.25" Right thigh: 22.5" Left bicep: 12.75" Right bicep: 12.5" Waist: 32.75" Hips: 43.75" Total:184.5" Literally going down by the quarter inches but every little bit counts towards the goal.
