I genuinely dislike Demi Lovato.
taylor swift: donates $250k to help free kesha from her contract and cover legal fees
yall: ok but why didnt she publicly assassinate dr luke? when will she Step The Fuck Up?
I met her when I was 10 days old, and him in kindergarten. Now theyâre married and Iâm the happiest maid of honor ever.
Since when is $250,000 not a lot of money? Regardless of the amount, this is NOT about the money. This is about the support one person is providing to another in a difficult time. People are so quick to attack Taylor. If this was any other celebrity , people would praise the donor for giving a quarter of a million dollars to Kesha, but since itâs Taylor Swift, suddenly, itâs about Taylor seeking attention again. Leave the poor girl alone. Honestly, what has she done to you for her to deserve this hate? Nothing. The answer is nothing. People are just jealous of her success. Tell you whatâŠ.Jealously is an ugly look. Try on something else. You donât need to bring someone down to bring yourself up.
It's because she can't do anything right in some people's eyes.
"Oh she's talking about something. She's just doing it for publicity."
"She didn't say anything. See? She's just faking. She can't possibly be busy."
"Oh she donated more money than I'll probably ever have in my life? She could have donated more."
She can't win. Those people are just stupid and looking for reasons to hate. I think she has a song about that...
I think itâs time I make a new tumblr.
I wonât delete this one but I won't be using it anymore. I just need a new one.
Trying to compile a list of YouTubers with disabilities and/or illness.. I've got you and another person.. any leads?

I do find it funny that lesbians are perceived as man-hating but gay men are not perceived as woman-hating, and in fact are often illogically shielded from accusations of misogyny simply by being gay
All men benefit from womenâs reinforced fear of being hurt for saying no.
Understand that this applies even to non-sexual situations. Women are more likely to be asked for favors from coworkers. Regular âcan you file this for meâ / âcan you cover my shiftâ / âcan you finish up this paperworkâ workplace favors. Men are less likely to return those favors. Women are more likely to be seen as âdifficult to work withâ if they refuse to do favors when requested. Being viewed as ungenerous has negative social and professional consequences.
So yes, even gay men benefit. All men benefit from womenâs reinforced fear of being hurt, not just physically, but also socially and professionally, for saying no to anything at all.

This is important.
Thinking a lot lately about how this stuff plays out in two circles where I spend a lot of timeâthe comics community, and the development / implementation of CoCs and harassment policies; and how it intersects with both of those for freelancers in particular.
calling a man a âpigâ is literally dehumanising how do some people not think thereâs anything wrong with that how
Because chicks, fillies, birds and bitches never get dehumanised. Those vixens always get away with this kind of shit. Especially the heifers, theyâre the worst. What cows.
Moreover, men get called pigs for disgusting behavior, whereas women are called chicks, birds, and vixens simply for being women.
Even if we threw out the comparison that last comment makes a super important point, because a man is (most typically) only called a âpigâ when he displays disgusting behavior. Behavior that isnât the type of behavior displayed by a decent human being. Hence the dehumanising.Â
itâs honestly so gross to me how many tweets abt kesha start with âi donât like her music butâŠâ like shut up for two seconds and realise i donât care u donât need to defend ur music taste before you defend rape survivors i donât care no one cares
making people laugh is literally the best feeling ever

Remember kids, your feminism gets questioned when you spend a weekend with a childhood friend because she's getting married.
