this is my promotional project for small artists!!

i’m gonna listen to it and post it with a synopsis and what i recommend new listeners of you listen to!! i’ll go first:
current artist reviews and follows (posts weekly on wednesdays at 12 pm CST):
(sorry for the delay, haven't been feeling the best :/)
shortened review/tl;dr:
Isabelle Lavelle is a modern, soft, dark artist. she currently has 2 singles out on her spotify, “Love Interest” and “Dark Matter”, both of which are entrancing and leave you grappling with thoughts of infinity and nothing all in one. Isabelle Lavelle is insanely talented, with insanely well mixed songs, mesmerizing vocal lines, and lyrics that stick with you. hoping to see a lot more from her in the future!!
more under the cut :]
Isabelle Lavelle’s first song can be found on TikTok (from what i know lol) from October 20th, 2022. the chords of the song are very well played and carried out in a way that perfectly compliments her vocal line (and honestly i’m really hoping it comes out officially someday cuz i really really enjoyed it!!) on TikTok, she's covered artists from Joni Mitchell to Harry Styles to Fall Out Boy, and all of those covers showcase her unique vocal timbre and habits.
her piano version of Love Interest on Instagram is beautiful. it’s encapsulating and it’s wonderful to hear a more stripped back version that truly showcases her talent (while everything else does too!!)
thanks so much for checking this out, and thanks isabelle for submitting!!

soooo i’ve kind of always wanted to write a review/synopsis of my music because i love being pretentious for no reason so i’ll enjoy this!!
for those who are new to my music, my artist name is alls :] i run this blog and a few others!!
shortened review/tl;dr:
alls is an indie rock indie romance singer/songwriter project by a girl called charlotte. alls has released a debut ep, a debut album (if you count those as different things), and a single from her upcoming, currently confusing release. she’s inspired by arctic monkeys, lovejoy, los campesinos!, crywank, james marriott, and many others and she hopes you enjoy her silly songs<3
enjoy and more in depth under the cut if you’re interested!!
alls is an indie rock indie romance creative project started by charlotte no-last-name in 2021.
“i write indie rock music and have been getting more into punky loud sounds recently!! i have an ep currently on spotify and an ep or album on the way, while all my current stuff is on youtube and bandcamp”
she had originally intended to release a 10 track album before she even knew how to record anything and it would’ve been called “oh yeah show me off” which is a title that may still be used by her SO DONT STEAL IT!!
her first official releases were one-take phone recordings and were songs called “bubble gum lip balm heartbreak”, “goodbye to us!”, and “how embarrassing! they’ve seen your true colors!”. only two of these has since been actually released.
i’m changing to first person because writing in third is weird-
“i could be elsewhere” is a song about many things. it’s a song about my honesty, it’s a song about not knowing where/who you are in comparison to another person, it’s a song about not making a huge deal about things that should be a huge deal, and by most standards, it’s a song. it is a lead-guitar, solo infused, infuriatingly decent quality song that is one of my proudest projects. butttt i have recently come into a bit of indifference toward my recent songs that i hope to get over but if not, i’ll be releasing them all on youtube and bandcamp, maybe spotify, and moving on to different projects
attached to this post is an mp3 single of “what more could you ask for?”. it is probably my best representation on where my music is going next and is most accurate to my current sound. it’s a punky song about despising friends, but not enough to cut them out or to say anything to them at all. it’s also a song about being a bad person to someone in your past but justifying it in your own head because they were bad to you (or is that true at all?)
bandcamp is the best way to support me, and keep an eye out for a cd release of my album, maybe even some shirts??
thank you so much for checking me out, and i’ll see you again soon!!!
