You've shown an early version of the Blinking Light factory during an Instagram stream and I wanted to ask if you have a digital version of those drawings? Or maybe a scan of those papers? :D In one of them Robot and Monster seem to wear some sort of uniform (hats) ?

I 100% understand why it was toned down but I'm just totally in love with the idea of that workplace being an even more chaotic mess than it is in the show, plus I love all of your environment drawings in general!

Thanks I'm glad you like it. This is the one I think you're talking about. Because of budget we couldn't have effects like steam, I think now that I have many more years of experience doing production design for animation I coulda lot more out of that set if I made it today. We were thinking of them having uniforms or little paper hats, but we ended up going for a more simple look. Here's the original pitch art, with sketch, and a closer treatment with a smaller furnace.
