I didn’t meet my protein goal cause i was gonna have a yogurt drink but i had no appetite :/ wayy under c4I limit though 🥳

It was definitely a struggle to stay on track today because i went to the mall but im so proud of myself!! Also got over 10,000 steps AND did my 20 minute workout :3

Im starting back off slow with a 900/cal a day limit since i was maintaining 1300 for so long. Also im gonna try doing meta days every two weeks, ive never tried that before. Will keep yall updated
