Hi there! I'm alumina, I'm a self-taught artist from Germany, where I'm currently studying translation. I'm in my mid-twenties and I've been making art ever since I was little. My preferred media for traditional art is pencils. Occasionally I use markers as well, but pencils are my favorite. I also do clay art and usually color the sculptures with acrylics! For digital art I use Clip Studio Paint and I work with an XPPen tablet. I also make animations from time to time. I make original art with original characters, and I also do fan art! Some games I like are Dragon Age, Silent Hill, Baldur's Gate. I like DnD and other TTRPGs. Animes/mangas I enjoy are (among others) Chainsaw Man and Demon Slayer, and aside from that I'm a very big shoujo enjoyer. I LOVE Jurassic Park, LOTR/The Hobbit, the Northern Light series and Yellowjackets. What I will absolutely not draw are 1nc3st and problematic age gaps. I'm looking forward to sharing my art with you in the future!

This is a commission I made a few years ago already now, and these pictures are from the client. The gray 'wounds' you can see are patched up damages that happened when the frame fell off the client's wall - she requested I don't fully patch them up, and instead give them the look they have now!

Image descriptions: the first ten images show a purple-haired mermaid emerging out of a picture frame. The mermaid has silver eyes and wears purple makeup, her skin is pale and she is topless. The scales of her tail are visible right where she comes out of the frame, her tail is a shimmery dark turquoise. She rests one hand on the background inside of the frame, which is painted into a dark galaxy with a purple, blue and green haze. The mermaid holds a crystal ball in her raised right hand. She has silvery wounds on shoulder, arm and fingers where she was patched up after a fall. The next two images show the frame as it hangs in the client's home. The last two images are sketches I made beforehand when planning the piece, one in black and white, one colored similarly as the final piece.
