YouTubes vids are awful

My YOUTUBE videos (10 0f them) are really terrible. I worked with someone who had a different vision. Not to mention but I am self-conscious because my jaw transplant (from a tumor) is very prominent. And the profile shots are hard for me to stand!

But I am writing e-courses and very much need some eyeballs to up the count--need over 2,000 you know--to get any kind of respect. Can you just whiz through them and help me out?
