The more I watch Khemjira the more I appreciate how they show the beauty of love in all its shape.

There is the romantic love shown by Peem and Khem who always found each other no matter how they got reincarnated as they are meant to be together.

Charn and Jet also have the chance to have this everlasting love that keeps finding them no matter who they are.

We also get the love for friends shown by the tight bond Khem has with Jet, but also Charn. One that also survived from their past lives. They found a way to find each other, they keep protecting and caring for one another.

You also have the familial love embodied by all the parent figures in the series who have been giving their love to the one they care about.

Let's not forget the sibling's love that can give you comfort when you're heartbroken.

The series also show the love of a community tight by one faith and values they share. They bring comfort and help when you need it.

The characters also get love from the found family they made along the way when they had no one around them.

There is the love of "kinship" where you're willing to bear punishment even though you did nothing.

And since it has been the source of everything in the story: there is the love of a mother for her child.

these two are intellectual loner siblings with archeology backgrounds who read and speak ancient egyptian, hire a dude directly out of prison to take them to a lost city of gold, and fight mummies literally with their bare hands. twice.

no one in these movies stands a chance against the carnahans. frankly they're lethal in how willing they are to make the absolute and most undeniably deranged decisions. jonathan pickpockets a dude on fire. evy's resurrected from the dead and immediately remembers how to use sai. they're racking shotguns from a cliff in this scene and then proceed to blow away half the antagonists.

My teen years were spent living through the PEAK of 2000’s YA fantasy romance.

You have no. idea. how SEATED I am for My Golden Blood 👏🏼 it’s cheesy, it’s ridiculous, the cgi effects are SO silly, the SOUNDTRACK IS INCREDIBLE 😂 the romance began 12 seconds into the fist episode AS IT SHOULD!! Tong IS Bella Swan, he IS Elena Gilbert and his hunky hero of a troubled broody vampire is here to protect him and be sexy about it and WE. LOVE. THAT. FOR. HIM.

This show is everything, it’s got insta romance it’s got “you’re not like other girls” but GAY and I’m living for it.

10/10 no notes, in these trying times this is the show we deserve. It’s a straight up gift actually.
