Bonnie joins new project ‘Those Who Wander’

Bonnie wrote on her twitter earlier today that she was trying on costumes (she flew to the US yesterday) and Caren and Forbes clothing store updated their facebook with information on Bonnie joining a new project called “Those Who Wander”. “Those Who Wander” is a feature length independent comedy written by Abigail Schwarz, and produced by Nicola Scandiffio. Bonnie is listed as the leading lady.

Filming begins tomorrow for Abigail and Nicola’s film debut, “Those Who Wander”! Bonnie Wright, – you know her as Ginny Weasley from the Harry Potter series – stars as the leading lady and came by our store today to be fitted for her wardrobe. I'm so excited right now for Bonnie. I cannot even describe the level of excitement for her. 

I mean for YEARS I've heard this fandom (and posters at ONTD) say she can't act solely because of those miserable excuse of an acting reel that eight Harry Potter movies gave her, and now, NOW we finally get to hear, read and hear from professionals how she's got the chops. 

I mean, that's a slap in the face for the haters. 

And I'm so happy!

She's gotten positive reviews from The Moment of Truth and those who've seen The Sea have all mostly said that she's good in her pivotal role. 

She'll be releasing at least three independent films before the end of 2013, plus according to Bonnie herself a few projects in the pipeline. 

I guess, and fellow Bonnie fans can relate most likely, I've always felt that she's been disparaged, criticized, maligned and looked down upon more than anyone in HP's main kids.

So I'm just loving the fact that we Bonnie fans, after a really long time, have some amazing things to look forward to.
