our friday nights in are deeeelicious! today, chef @spencerdrinksbeer deboned a whole duck, then sous vide the duck breasts. he made me duck stock for me to use on my chilli on sunday, took the duck skin and rendered fat for duck fat fried potatoes with rosemary (that were actually baked and were the best potatoes we've ever made), and honey balsamic glazed brussel sprouts. we opened up two awesome bottles from our dear friends, @mrtomatohead49 and josh. finally, for dessert, we went to cosentino's and picked up allll da yummy sweets 😋 oh man, best date night ever 😍 much needed after a long week! #homecookinadventuress #foodporn #foodie #yumm #chefspencer #souschefalyka

i have been extremely homesick recently so grill master @spencerdrinksbeer cooked up some grilled pork belly that he marinated all day, which i paired with tomatoes, onions, salted duck egg, and a leeeetle bit of fermented shrimp sauce 😋 this meal reminds me most of home. i remember lunch on sundays when we would have inihaw na bangus and liempo after @frs_dad would come home from work ❤️🏡🇵🇭 #homecookinadventuress #foodie #foodporn #filipina #yumm
