❓ .. What is Amasui?
Amasui, as a term, was coined to be a replacement to "selfcest" so that beings who ship or date doubles can have a word to describe themself/their ships that doesn't sound like a fetish. The original coining post can be found here. The term has now become a somewhat label that people can identify with if they feel like amasui is a big part of who they are.
❓ .. Can I request [media] char4char flags?
Yes! There is no blacklist on this blog, since the amasui term was originally coined with plurality in mind (but is not a plural exclusive term, amasplural can be found here) so i will do any source any media regardless of if i like it, if i know it, etc. If you're worried about making me uncomfortable, you can submit your own char4char flags! The classic amasui flag is 9 stripes if you want a base, but you can make the flag look however you want.
❓ .. Can I tag you in .... ?
Yes! Tag this blog in anything amasui related and I will reblog it (assuming I get the notification)
❓ .. Can I make other amasui flags ?
Yes, 100% ! Feel free to make alternate flags. The original flag has been nicknamed the "pepsi flag" due to its blue+white+red colour scheme, so feel free to give your alternate flag a nickname so i can make a tag for it!
❓ .. Does [x] count as amasui?
Hard to define the lines, but the easiest way is to say that if something is You, such as, an otherkin identity, an introject identity, or so on, and you date others of the same kind, then yes you could consider that amasui.
Amasui is not: Gender4Gender, Sexuality4Sexuality, or so on.
