I think i shifted in my dream..

Okay so last night, I had this dream right? For context, whenever I dream, its completely silent and when this happened, I heard sound. So what happened was, I was dreaming, but I dont remember what I was doing, then I decided I wanted to shift (i wasn't even technically lucid btw so this is pretty crazy for me) so I closed my eyes, and tried a tip I saw the other day that said to visualize your dr and act as if you're there, and when I did it in my dream, I suddenly heard the sound of where I was trying to go to and I could feel myself sitting in the seat that I was supposed to be sitting in and I saw the sun through my eyelids. I kept flickering between the dream and my dr, and it felt so real. When I look back on it, I picture it the same way I picture any other memory I have, not like how I picture dreams. It was insane and im getting so much better at shifting and using my intention for things and im so happy rn!

Basically what i did for any of you wondering, I did this car game the other day where I pick an uncommon car color and affirm that im seeing it until I see the car, and it helped me to understand how easy intention is to use, then that night I set the intention to lucid dream and shift, and I went to sleep. Thats literally all I did, and even though I wasn't technically lucid in the dream, I still thought the same way I do while im awake in all parts of my dream which I don't usually do. I'm so proud of myself and I hope you guys can be proud of yourselves too when you finally shift or even just make progress. Thats all. Happy shifting!

manifestation game

So recently, I came up with this fun manifestation game where I pick an uncommon car color and look out my window while affirming that I see a car in that color until one shows up, and its helping me understand that manifestation is in fact instant even if you can't always see the movement. I just did one with a yellow car, and it took a while, but one came. And yesterday, I did one with a purple car, and a bright purple semi appeared followed instantly by a dark purple car. I chose uncommon colors so it wouldn't be a simple "coincidence" and its really helping me grasp the concept of instant manifestation so I thought I'd share it here for other people to try. new shifting idea

Okay so I decided to try something. I want to try shifting to realities where things are slightly different from my current reality becoming more and more different as a way to get used to so much change. I think one of the reasons why I haven't fully shifted yet is because im scared of shifting, so im gonna see if this helps even by just a little bit. Anyways that's all. Happy shifting!

Infinite realities means infinite realities. Things that are normal here would be considered extremely abnormal in other realities. The laws of the world in this reality such as gravity may not even exist in other realities.

Infinite realities means that there are infinite possibilities and everything can exist. In some realities you have a brain in some realities your brain works differently. In other realities you don’t have a brain.

We grew up here in this reality with our perspective being of someone who is born here, which is why it may be hard for a lot of shifters here to wrap their heads around things that may seem abnormal to us, because of how we grew up here.

But you can script anything. There’s no such thing as being unrealistic in the multiverse, you can script that you have wings that can retract in your body in your DR.

You can script that there’s no atmosphere but people can still somehow breathe and that would make sense. You could script that everyone was only happy and you could live only a happy life but still be just as fulfilled without the bad things.

No you don’t need suffering to appreciate the good. No it’s not the norm. No you won’t carry trauma into other realities if you don’t wish. You won’t get trauma if you don’t wish. You can script what you want. Realism doesn’t exist in the multiverse. “Realism” is a concept that operates from this reality and was created FOR this reality.

Therefore it cannot be applied to every single reality in the multiverse. This reality is just one reality of infinite. Just one reality out of the infinite realities in the multiverse. It doesn’t determine anything.

Script what you want no matter how unrealistic it would be called here. Script you have a hundred powers. Script you are a twenty feet tall elf with wings. Script that you are a cosmic entity that can juggle planets if you wish.

You have infinity and eternity ahead of you so don’t spend it limiting yourself.

I THINK I JUST SHIFTED FOR THE 1ST TIME OMG

You heard that right, I think i just shifted for the first time!! Ok so for context, I've been robotically affirming things like "I can shift effortlessly and instantly" "I am a master shifter" and mainly "i can shift just by thinking of my dr". Just a few minutes ago, I was affirming the last one, and I decided, yk what, let's try it. So I closed my eyes and thought, im in my dr. And when I opened them, my vision flashed to another reality for a split second! I know it was my dr cuz i scripted for the walls in my room to be black, and thats what I saw. But guys, I'm so happy!! It's real!! And now i have proof so I have another wave of motivation to keep me going! Anyways that's all, so bye! Happy shifting!

but you obviously you already know that. now what??

001. decide what you want. let's use perfect skin as an example. you want your skin to be clear, moisturised and smooth. be specific

002. say you have it. in your mind, out loud, write it somewhere, doesn't matter.

"I have perfect skin" — wow, you've made an assumption, good job!!

003. persist. you know what's true now — you have perfect skin — and stick to it.

looked in a mirror and saw a pimple? no you didn't, your skin is perfect, you dgaf.

wonder if it's working? it already worked, you don't have to worry.

someone pointed out your skin looks worse? it's a lie, your skin is perfect.

catch yourself thinking 'my skin is so bad today'? remind yourself it's not true, your skin is perfect.

just like that. get used to changing your thoughts into your affirmations.

004. well, that's basically it. just a few words on methods:

affirming — basically thinking, so that's useful;

sats — good if you struggle to accept everything is that easy and it can be real;

list — perfect if you have a lot of things you wanna manifest! affirm you have everything from your list.

anything works if you say so and if you like it. manifesting is easy and fun. remember that. don't overcomplicate things, don't overthink.

shifting method i made

So for context, I recently discovered something that I believe is called channeling, basically where you contact someone that you arent physically with, and I was "channeling" my subconscious mind personified.

I wanted to ask some questions to come up with a method that aligns with my current subconscious beliefs and now im posting it just in case some people want to try it. It's pretty simple too.

First you affirm robotically that you can shift for reasons I think are pretty obvious. Then you "meditate"(focus) on the desired reality you want to go to for a few minutes by visualizing. (If you can't visualize then I'd say just think about your script/dr for a bit.) And finally (i know, short method, right?) you just let go and let it happen and go to sleep.

That was really short lol but I guess that's all you really "have" to do. Anyways, happy shifting! And remember, you control your reality! Don't let anything stop you from shifting and getting what you want!
