Started Malevolent!
Just started listening to the Malevolent podcast, and I’m on Part 6, and what I have to say is as follows: SPOILERS AHEAD!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
For a seemingly well-respected private investigator, this Arthur fellow is not the sharpest tool in the shed. And neither is John, really! Because why on EARTH are they reading ancient prayers and spells to summon hellish monsters OUT LOUD?? And then just getting yoinked by random freaky strangers??
These two are a match made in hell because John seems to have the impulse control of a kitten. These two are idiots, and also probably lovers. They literally summoned ol’ Shubbie in the second or third part! Because “The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young” sounds like a perfectly safe creature to summon on a whim!
And for the love of the gods, DON’T LET ARTHUR LESTER BABYSIT. HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW BABIES WORK. WHAT PART OF HIM THOUGHT LEAVING A BABY UNATTENDED ON A SOFA IN A PITCH BLACK, PROBABLY HAUNTED MANOR WAS A GOOD IDEA?
But jokes aside, I’m loving this so far! Very spooky, quite well made, the voice acting is good, and the story is VERY interesting. None of these is an actual complaint.
