Heya! I'm sorry for bothering you, but I'm new to the Dynamic Chord fandom (discovered it today) and was wondering if you could give me some informations about it? I'm very interested in apple polisher but I cant understand japanese so I'm wondering..if there's like a game or so with them? The only thing I've seen so far is a Drama CD (volume 4 or so) and some songs. You dont have to answer if you dont want to but I'd appreciate it since you seem to be active in the Dynamic Chord fandom. Ty! <3
Hi there, welcome to the dyna fandom!
apple-polisher used to just be a side band featuring in the [reve parfait] game, and they got a vocal CD release like the other three bands did, but it didn’t feature any heroine or romance, just some back story (they also got a documentary CD to the same effect). However! A full game for them was recently announced, heroine and all, as well as a love U kiss CD line (which are the standard situational lovey-dovey CDs if you’re familiar with them).
The game will release October 28th, and the CDs will release November 30th and December 21st! If you’d like to see a bit more of them (mostly just NaL), you can play the [reve parfait] game, the append of which has sprites for Kuro and UK!
I don’t think I’ve translated anything about them, CDs or profiles, but maybe one of my lovely followers could link to a post if someone else has! If not, just lemme know and I can probably translate some profiles quickly for you!

We’ve received information for 『 feat. apple-polisher 』, which tells the story of the brilliant rock band who even performs overseas! We will introduce the heroine of the story, Hiiragi Miu, her agency “Hoshizuki Production,” and its offices.

A confident and clumsy singer. Honest and earnest.
A dedicated woman who loves music and singing. She tries her best with everything and doesn’t lie about how she feels, often conflicting with others. She lived in the US when she was young, and now lives with her older sister.
She’s at the same college and in the same year as her first love, Narumi, in Kokuyo University of the Arts’ music composition course.
Summary: The heroine, Hiiragi Miu, who is working in the entertainment industry as a singer, has a first love who she still has feelings for. She keeps those feelings for the person who taught her the joy of singing concealed in her chest as she works passionately on music. One day, it’s decided that she will appear as a guest in the live tour of a senior band of her agency. On the first day, she’s introduced to Kurosawa Shinobu, a member of apple-polisher who has joined as a supporting band. After the concert, she goes to their dressing room and is introduced to Shinobu’s band members: Otoishi Yuusei, Aoi Yuki, and the vocalist Amagi Narumi, who is Miu’s first love. What lies in store for these band members with a mutual love of music, and their love with you...?
Setting: Hoshizuki Production
An entertainment agency where many colorful talents affiliate. The Hoshizuki group has a large stock in it, and it is comprised of multiple departments with headquarters for such departments as entertainment, modeling, and voice acting. The heroine is affiliated here, and is active in not only singing, but also in a variety of other entertainment fields.
System:
From the general route, you can get two Bad Ends or go to NaL or Kuro’s routes, both with a Best End, Good End, and Bad End. After completing NaL and Kuro’s routes, you unlock Toi and UK’s routes, both with a Best End, Good End, and two Bad Ends.
Unlike with the three other bands, you’ll also be able to enjoy this band’s story from more than just the heroine’s perspective...! More information next month!

thank you! it’s a bit different from most of the other drama cds, so i’m happy other ppl enjoy it as well and that it’s not just me being weird orz
i’m pretty sure there are a couple more cds out, and i’ve been thinking about translating/scanlating the webcomic, too! i stopped keeping up for a while, looks like they’re up to 29 now… i can’t guarantee i’ll have enough time to do it all, but maybe! do you know how often it updates?
