*This is my favorite story I've ever crafted to date. I started outlining/writing this story 4 years ago (2021). I'm really excited to get it out there, but also want to make sure it's going to land. It'll be an emotional roller coaster, but they will always get their happily ever after 🫶
In Every Universe | Modern AU (inspired by Netflix's The Knight Before Christmas) | London hadn't seen this ferocious of a snowstorm in recent memory, and while there's certainly a magical shift in the air, it makes the city traffic at rush hour an utter nightmare. As would be her luck, a pedestrian misjudges the conditions and runs into her moving car – despite his insistence she hit him – and to her horror, she thinks the collision caused him more than just a bump to the head. He is alone, donning an outfit befitting a comic convention, and speaking nonsense about red witches and walls and dead people coming. After he is evaluated, it appears he knows of some people in his inner circle, but has no means to communicate them by. Feeling guilty about the whole situation – especially with the holiday nearing – Dany decides to house him until he is able to recover his memory and help him find where's he meant to be again. The trouble is, she eventually grows used to his company, his charm, and his altruism, which only serves to crush her when it comes time for him to leave.
Wildflower | Modern AU, best friends to lovers (heavily inspired by Billie Eilish's song with the same title) | Jon and Daenerys have been best friends since middle school. There isn't much one doesn't know about the other at this point. Jon and Val have been a power couple for years, and she and Dany have grown close over that time, too. Determined to succeed in the medical field, the three of them start their university journeys together, with plans to move on to Residency together. But when Jon and Val's sturdy foundation begins to crumble, he and Dany are forced to delve into new territories full of realizations, harsh confessions, and long-dormant feelings, threatening to ruin everything that exists between them.

In present day, the princess Daenerys Targaryen has gone missing, and King Aerys has promised an enticing bounty for the party responsible to find her and bring her back to her home and betrothed in one piece. She is discovered by the Viking clan belonging to their appointed king – Jon – who is eager to make the long journey to deliver the Mad King's precious daughter...in exchange for her father's head.
My Sweetest Downfall (tentative title) | Modern Royal AU | strangers/enemies-ish to lovers, forbidden love, grumpy man and golden retriever woman energy | Jon owns the local retreat just outside of Winterfell, in which he also serves as on of the guides to connect people to nature and learn everything from basic life to survival skills of all competencies. It comes as a surprise, then, when Tormund receives a call from the estate of the King and Queen inquiring about enrolling their daughter, Princess Daenerys, into the most lucrative tier experience they can offer. It wasn't all that long ago that King Aerys attempted to usurp the three-hundred acres of wilderness for his own gluttonous purposes, causing Jon and the rest of his crew immense headache, overwhelming stress, and financial set-back in court to fight for what was theirs. Jon's bitterness for the royal family bites two-fold when they demand not only that Daenerys be granted her own retreat guide for a more tailor-made experience, but have crafted together a give-pound booklet full of strict prohibitions, allowances, and NDA's. It's decided upon a collective vote – much to his displeasure – that as the face of the business, Jon is best suited for the task, given his knowledge and expertise. When these two perceived contrarian people are forced together for hours on end in the wild, prejudices and misconstrued beliefs are disentangled little by little, and Jon finds himself in a terrible predicament.
Untitled Enemies to Lovers/Accidental Roommates | Modern AU | After being accepted into the coveted Harrenhal University after months of assiduous preparation, Daenerys is ecstatic to finally have the opportunity experience her first endeavor of living away from home. Her sleepless nights paid off, she is then thrown off-kilter to learn that the apartment management has double-booked the one, single unit that had been available, that had been in her hands first. She and this Jon Snow are left with one ultimatum – agree to handing the keys over to the other and hope for the best next year, or renew the lease under both of their names for 6 months, in which they can decide who will stay, and who then be free of any contractual obligations. Obstinance wins.

It had to have been…not even her mother, but her grandmother. They were completely alike in every single feature, save for the jubilance; Jon had no idea what that looked like on Daenerys. But what threw him off was that this woman possessed the very same two freckles on her left cheek. Not that he had been staring, but Daenerys shared this exact feature, which stood out against the wanness of her color. Genetics could either be impossibly precise, or…
Or what?
I really could use some help. I've been experiencing some really bad medical issues for the last month. I broke out in a rash that no one could explain, ended up with acute kidney failure, UTI, passed a kidney stone, and was eventually hospitalized for over a week with pneumonia. All that said, I'm out of the hospital now, but I'm in dire straits financially.
My lease is coming up for renewal in February. I've been unemployed since March and actively looking for employment. However, if I don't have my rent paid in full by tomorrow, they will not renew my lease in February. I still don't have a job, so finding somewhere to live that would rent to me at this point feels like a losing battle. I've gone through charities, even reached out to United Way to see if they could help, but they won't be able to help me by tomorrow. Anything helps!

Sliding his hand to his back pocket, he withdrew his pocket knife and switched it out. Kept it at his side and with conscious steps, took to the stairs once he cleared the main floor. At least if she was on the first floor somewhere he had somehow missed, he could have the advantage of spotting her with a better vantage point.
He scanned his surroundings as he moved himself forward and eased his way up the stairs. The quiet was almost too eerie for his taste, stomach winding itself with anticipatory knots, but he pushed through, up and up, never allowing his back to stay invulnerable.
“I told you what would happen if you came back.”

The voice was breathy and chilled in his ear, creeping down the length of his nerves, and distinctly feminine. Had someone been watching him from outside and waited for the opportunity to enter with his back turned? “What do you want? Why are you here?” In an attempt to wriggle free of her grip – neck be damned if he had to suffer a laceration in the process – he underestimated her strength and was pulled back with a grunt against her body. “Don’t.”
I still think it’s objectively fucked how the world is built for morning people and if you wake up later than everyone else you’re seen as a malicious aberration of some sort. I am that but it’s not because I wake up at 11 fuck yourself
