ive been watching my mom desperately try to get her fucking doctors to hurry up and sign off on a hysterectomy because her pcos has made her uterus/ovaries literally an entire mass of cysts, fibroids, adhesions, and who knows what else; causing enough pain that some days she has trouble focusing on like anything because of it (and bleeding) shes in menopause and they still wont do it in any timely manner and the doctors havnt even prescribed her any pain medications and like, thats my future rip lol

edit: leaving this up for anyone who comes across it, theres some good advice for dealing with doctors in the comments
