Skintone Panel Expanded (even more)

Hey all. I know all of us use the late-great cmar's Skintone Picker Panel extension so we can use all the skins we have in our game without the vanilla EA UI bugging out.

I went in and edited this file for funsies, and with the helpful edits by cmar decided to expand the skin picker grid from 5x5 to 10x10. Idk if anyone wants to use this fr but here it is just in case :)

If you want to make edits of your own, I did leave notes in the file to help you navigate. :p

Pretty much only works with computers with resolutions with the height OVER 960

If you have a resolution with a height under 960px, the UI will overlap on the lower part of the UI, so I made a 8x6 version!
