Oh, well āĀ ām sure they understand. Yeā busy. Yeā in your final yearĀ ānd all thaā. Mean, if my family didnāt live just down the road and werenāt always bugging me, Iād probably not see them much either.
Iām sure they understand too, but I feel bad about it, yāknow? Maybe thatās what I need, I need my family to bug me more so I have to go see them.

My mum has some photos of me wearing my older brother Adamās St. Patrick costume from a school play when we were younger. I must have been two? Maybe three. But itās a picture of me holding the scepter and the giant robe and standing on the fireplace talking to our dog, Willy. Iām really glad she hasnāt pulled them out in a while.

It is the way to do it, and when way too much food is involved, itās even better. I wish I got to see my family more. I feel like Iām always saying how guilty I feel about not seeing my mums for a week but I clearly donāt put much effort into making a change.
Iāve officially been promoted to head of the Independent Theatre Company now that Joās gone off and moved to New York for a few months to work on some upstart shows in previews. I ā I guess this is pretty much everything Iāve ever wanted?

My mum just called and told me that she found some hilarious baby pictures of me, then proceeded to ask if I remembered the time I started taking my clothes off in the middle of the grocery store. I have a feeling Iām going to need a lighter to get rid of these pictures. I can totally make it look like a freak accident, right?
