Reading Hamlet in 11th grade has completely changed my brain chemistry. So much that I have a tattoo dedicated to it and I collect different versions of the play. I have over 30 unique copies and I cannot stop.

What’s next? Me becoming Hamlet

Cup

I stare at that cup

left on my kitchen counter.

Empty from that last

glass of water you had.

An indication that time has slowly passed

and you still haven’t returned

Couldn’t bring myself to

dump the remaining liquid

Down the drain, scrub away

your lipstick stain. Erasing

the last evidence

of you in my home.

My cup that

somehow became yours

in the depths of my mind.

Never using it,

always saving it

for you.

The absence of your presence

overwhelming this small space.

But that empty cup

is no longer yours to take.

Sometimes I end up forgetting how to use stairs for a second or two. It doesn't seem that concerning at first since it only lasts for a second.

The issue is that it happens while I'm going down the stairs when I'm taking a step. It's a miracle I haven't fallen yet.

The only time I am picked first for teams is for review games. Glad I am useful for something.

Earlier today I was talking about how tall I was. I said I was 3 and a half foot 3. I literally called myself 3 foot 9.

I am 5 foot 3. How did this happen?

I was such a cool kid when is was in 3rd grade. I wrote a whole paper on how to mine in minecraft. I turned that assignment proudly with the knowledge that I was the coolest kid in that computer lap. I definitely wasn't made fun of for this legendary paper. If only I could accomplish being this cool again.

I just got braces the other day. This isn't my first set since I got some when I was younger because I looked like a vampire chipmunk.

Anyways, OWWWWW. My teeth hurt so much at the moment. At least one thing about me will be straight.
