Empezando Una Nueva Vida (Amway)

Welp, aquí estoy escribiendo mi primer blog acerca de unirse a Amway, yo me uní a Amway hace aproximadamente un año. Si quieres que te diga la verdad en un primer momento pensé que esto iba a ser una broma de un negocio. Antes de hablar de cómo me uní a Amway y por eso quiero contarles un poco sobre mí. Mi nombre es Osvaldo Torres y yo soy 23 años de edad, como todo el mundo tengo aficiones, así. He utilizado para entrenador de mi alma mater como entrenador asistente y también se que el portero entrenador. Me encantó coaching allí aprendí más de fútbol que yo cuando lo jugué, me supongo que se puede ver el deporte desde una perspectiva diferente cuando estás sentado en el terreno de juego. Así como en el entrenamiento, también está trabajando como asistente en una firma de corretaje de todos los shortsales y hasta este día lo sigo haciendo. Me encanta trabajar en la firma de corretaje. Yo trabajo con personas increíbles que son grandes influencias de mi vida. Me encanta tocar el bello deporte del fútbol. YO hace poco no hace mucho me metí en maratones, así que se puede decir que soy un chico atlético, me gusta entrenar y ser saludable. Ok, ahora a cómo me metí en el negocio. Yo había oído hablar de MLM (Marketing multinivel) antes de que yo tuviera en Amway. Hace años yo estaba en una empresa MLM llamado "Rev Energía", para hacer las cosas, no terminó de funcionar después de un tiempo lo que desistimos. Un par de años más tarde mis padres vinieron a través de uno de mis niñeras en México, en donde me crié (que se encuentra su a través de Facebook), que no habíamos visto en unos 20 años y ella hizo que el viaje hasta nosotros y pasamos tiempo con ella y fue a través de nuestros recuerdos nos habló de su trabajo y lo que ella y su marido estaban haciendo ahora. Cuando le dijeron a mi los padres los que tienen que tratar los productos y para ver qué era lo que ellos creían que bien les dijo que sí. Un par de semanas pasaron y mis padres decidieron dar el salto y unirse a Amway. En la actualidad entre su decisión, sabiendo lo que se decidió de MLM para tratar de plomo que lejos de sumarse a ella. Pero tenía la sensación de que era algo que a lo que tenían que hacer. Pasaron un par de semanas y mis padres decidieron dar el salto y unirse a Amway. Ahora entre su decisión, sabiendo de qué MLM estuviera decidido intentarlo y alejan de unirse. Pero tenían un sentimiento que une era algo que tenían que hacer. Se juntaron y fuera con su negocio Amway. Pasaron un par de meses y un día mi madre nos dijo que ella había firmado mi hermano y yo y que quería que hacer un esfuerzo para tratar de construir nuestros negocios. Le dije que no lo haría. Pasaron meses y pude ver un cambio en mis padres parecían gente cambiante. Mi padre vestía trajes y había afeitado el bigote que tenía desde que puedo recordar creciendo. Estaban leyendo y escuchando CD y convertirse en mejores personas delante de mis ojos! Su relación era más fuerte como pareja y que eran personas más felices. Un día decidí unirme a ellos y asistir a un seminario que todo el mundo habla así lo hice. Cuando llegué y vi a cientos de personas en trajes y todos animando y feliz pensé para mis adentros... ¿QUÉ ES ESTE LUGAR? El seminario continuó y escuchamos historias de líderes exitosos y cómo llegaron a donde están hoy. Desde ese momento vi a este negocio de una manera diferente. Cuando estaba en el negocio de la Rev Enrg MLM no tenían estos seminarios o libros o CDs que te ha guiado la dirección correcta. Acabas de pagar la cuota y estabas a las carreras a "Ganar dinero" pero con Amway ellos están enseñando cómo convertirse en un líder, no dejan se descarrió que tienes un upline o un mentor lo que paso a paso mostrando. Quieren tener éxito en la construcción de su negocio desde el primer paso. Cuando vi todo esto cambió mi mente y me hizo mirar Amway una manera diferente. Todos los Cd y libros que te dan son herramientas para hacer una persona más fuerte y mejor. Puedo decirte esto por experiencia, también puedo decirte que casi nunca escucho música ahora. En el camino al trabajo y regresar todos que escuchar son el Cd que nos dan. Ahora cuando entró en el negocio y estaba rodando decidí investigar la compañía Amway y ver lo que otros dicen acerca de la compañía. Cuando investigué lo primero es lo que son fraude o estafa piramidal... empecé a cuestionar mi mismo acerca de la compañía, así que decidí obtener asesoramiento de un gran amigo y una figura paterna y dijo que será siempre en mi cabeza y me va seguir. Yo creo en esta empresa y sé de personas exitosas que conozco que han tenido éxito con él. Piensa de él de esta manera, siempre tendrás gente hablando mal de MLM es porque A. Se lo hizo y no lo logró porque ellos no puso el tiempo y esfuerzo a o B. Oyen de otras personas que es una estafa y automáticamente piensa que es una estafa sin intentarlo. Si está debatiendo a tiempo para unirse o no ir con tu corazón este negocio no es para todos que te puedo decir eso. Pero sé a ciencia cierta que si pones tu corazón y alma en el negocio harás tus sueños realidad. No escuches a otras personas en línea sólo porque no lo consiguieron confianza en tu corazón y la confianza en el hombre de arriba. Sólo está en el asiento del conductor de tu destino no dejes que alguien roba el asiento del conductor y coche de la carretera ve con tu corazón y hacer lo que piensas es lo mejor! Recuerden esto... siempre vas a tener gente no juzgando importar si haces el bien o para mal. Pero lo que realmente importa es lo que decidas hacer y lo que decidas ser! The Journey Begins

Welp, here i am writing my first ever blog about joining Amway, i joined Amway about a year ago. To tell you the truth at first i thought that this was going to be a joke of a business. Before i tell you about how i joined Amway and why i did i want to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Osvaldo Torres and i am 23 years old, like everybody else i do have hobbies as well. I used to coach at my alma mater as an assistant coach and was also they goalkeeper coach. I loved coaching there i learned more from soccer than i did when i played. i guess you can see the sport from a different view when you are sitting on the sideline. As well as coaching i was also working as an assistant at a brokerage working all the shortsales and up to this day i still do. I love working at the brokerage! i work with amazing people that are great influences to my life. I love to still play the beautiful sport of soccer. I recently not to long ago got into Marathons as well so you could say that i am an athletic guy, i like to workout and just be healthy. Ok now back to how i got into the business. I had heard of MLM’s (Multi-Level Marketing) before i got in to Amway. Couple years ago i was in a MLM company called “Rev Energy”, to make things short it ended up not working after a while so we gave up. A couple years later my parents came across one of my nannies from Mexico where i grew up (found her through Facebook), we hadn’t seen her in about 20 years and she made the trip down to us and as we spent time with her and went through our memories she told us about her job and what she and her husband were doing now. When they told my parents to try the products and to see what they thought they nicely told them that they would. A couple weeks passed and my parents decided to take the leap and join Amway. Now in between their decision, I knowing what MLM’s were decided to try and lead they away from joining. But they had a feeling that joining was something that they had to do. They joined and were off with their Amway Business. A couple months passed and one day my mother told us that she had signed me and my brother up and that she wanted us to make an effort to try and build our businesses. I told her that i would not do it. Months passed and i could see a change in my parents they seemed changed people. My father was wearing suits and had shaved his mustache that he had for since i can remember growing up. They were reading and listening to CD’s and becoming better people before my eyes! Their relationship was stronger as a couple and they were happier people. One day i decided to join them and attend a seminar that everyone talks about so i did. When i arrived and saw hundreds of people in suits and all cheering and people happy i thought to myself… WHAT IS THIS PLACE!? The Seminar continued and we heard successful leaders stories and how they made it to where they are today. From that moment on i saw this business a different way. When i was in the Rev Enrg MLM business they didn’t have these seminars or books or CD’s that guided you the right direction. You just paid the fee and you were off to the races to “Earn Money” but with Amway they are teaching you how to become a leader, they don’t leave you astray you have an upline or a mentor showing you what to do step by step. They want you to be successful in building your business from the first step up. When i saw all this it changed my mind and made me look at Amway a different way. All the Cd’s and books they give you are tools to make you a stronger and better person. i can tell you this from experience, I can also tell you that i hardly ever listen to music now. On the way to work and way back all i listen to are the Cd’s that they give us. Now when i got into the business and was rolling i decided to research Amway the company and see what other people had to say about the company. When i researched it first things that come up are SCAM or Pyramid Scheme… i started questioning my self about the company so i decided to get advice from a great friend and father figure and what he said it will always be in my head and keep me going. I believe in this company and i know from successful people i know that have been successful with it. Just think of it this way, you will always have people talking bad about MLM’s because A. They did it and didn’t succeed because they did not put the time and effort into it or B. They hear from other people that its a scam and automatically think its a scam without trying it. If you are debating to weather to join or not go with your heart this business is not for everyone i can tell you that. but i know for a fact that if you put your heart and soul into the business you will make your wildest dreams come true. Don’t listen to other people online just because they didn’t succeed trust in your heart and trust in the man upstairs. Only you are in the driver seat of your destiny don’t let someone else steal the driver seat and drive you off the road go with your heart and do what you think is best! Remember this… you are always going to have people judging you no matter if you do the good or bad! But what really matters is what you decided to do and what you decide to become!
