he gazed up at him, a slight chuckle came out the prince’s mouth, followed with a wink. he enjoyed nilas’s presence to an extend, and he was thankful for every time he was being nice to him. not everyone would be; not everyone would even dare to be nice to him. the people of his kingdom were disregarding him, and looking down at him as someone who didn’t belong to the kingdom. he got used it, however.
❛another joke? hm—- lemme think !!❜
it took him a moment, before caramel pupils were shining out of excitement. he didn’t know much jokes, and he tried to be as neat as possible with them, too. he was no one who would be antisocial
in some manner, unlike other individual he’d rather not want to talk about.
❛nilas-chan !! what has a face and two hands but no body? ❜
His pilgrimage to the east was destined to end soon, and in his short time here his many ears have picked up idle whispers which could invite slow death at the mouth of a rope back in his own lands. Most nobles here aren’t sure what to make of him, the SNAKE of the south & his charming tongue which does not match his repute. Leon is different, however, whether he has heard stories or not he appears impartial, though Nilas knows that many aren’t favouring their prince to spend so much time within his presence.
As he takes a moment to ponder he gestures his arm in an elegant motion, inviting the young man to walk alongside him. If he remembers correctly Leon’s schedule isn’t as free as he pretends it is, so Nilas takes up the responsibility to escort him to his next meeting whilst they chat. An easy enough riddle: a clock is his assumption, though he graces an unknowing smile.
‘ I haven’t a clue. What has a face and hands two, but a body none? ’
