Music for the short program is from “Game of Thrones”, but it has an indirect relation to what she tells on the ice. This is the story of an artist, who paints pictures, but doesn’t like any. She’s suffering, trying, looking and suddenly begins to draw on herself. The picture is so mesmerizing that with the words “I experienced the perfection”, she kills her creation …

The free program is about love. We came up with a very interesting beginning. It has become popular to take a photo or a selfie on the topic «I follow you». When someone is standing with his back to the camera, holding out his hand. That’s how Polina’s free program starts. And then … love. She leaves, he returns her, she follows him …

Amazing dress! Simple but stunning. Perfect choice of color for this program. Blue with a shade of gray looks not too dramatic but completely reflects the mood of the music. This color in combination with a simple cut not only does not distract from Evgeni’s skating but also highlight her moves and choreo. I even like the gloves!

And what I like the most about this dress is that it’s totally suitable for a young girl, that they haven’t made her look older. Pity that so many skaters during creating their costumes forget that costumes should be age appropriate.

Last season Takahito Mura’s costumes were one of the best. He has never been a fan of too creative designs. So, what happened this season to Mura’s costume for the free program? How his designer even get the idea for such costume? And what is more interesting is how Takahito agreed to wear this “masterpiece”?
