Excellent work both of athletes in short program!

We actually do not know what officials decide ISU. Figure skating - is double-event. Canceled more important part of the competition. How to count points? How the display of athletes in the GPF? On what basis? And what to do with failures in the short program leaders, on which the bet? 

Elizaveta Tuktamysheva, Patrick Chan, Max Aaron showed a bad result and could be rehabilitated in the long program. But...

I consider that there is no need to pull these athletes in finals. But it's athletes with the name and status. And tests only ruzltatu short program - it's not a sports and fair. Including unfair to those athletes like Daisuke Murakami. If the choice is between him and Chan, Patrick will choose. IMHO

We are waiting for an official decision of the ISU.

ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Event in Bordeaux France cancelled

14 Nov 2015 - Bordeaux, France

The Minister of Interior Affairs of France, Bernard Cazeneuve, and the Mayor of Bordeaux, Alain Juppe, have informed the French Figure Skating Federation (FFSG) that the competition at the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating event ”Trophee Eric Bompard 2015” in Bordeaux has to be cancelled due to the state of emergency and national mourning days in France.

The International Skating Union (ISU) has acknowledged the decision.

The International Skating Union and the French Figure Skating Federation express their deepest sympathy to the victims of the despicable terrorist attacks in Paris on November 13.
