Willing to bet that thing is encrusted with lyrium. Like, realistically, what do you think would have happened to Corypheus’ junk when he became a Darkspawn? Surely he went into the Fade with his peen attached. What could have happened for him to come out without it? Did it just nope away from the Blight and roll up inside him or something? Got the Taint and fell off? He’s probably still got his bobbles.But they’re probably terrifying.
