Waarom schamen wij ons toch altijd zo, de schrik om “moeilijk” te zijn.

Alle grote liefdesverhalen vroeger begonnen met een “moeilijke” liefde.

Iedereen zijn ware liefde, zijn muze was geen onbegonnen katje zonder handschoenen.

Ze vormen de inspiratie voor kunstwerken, liefdesbrieven, en zoveel meer.

Wanneer zijn we begonnen met te denken dat we moeten krimpen en voldoen aan conventies of het label “makkelijk”.

Als een liefde “makkelijk” zou zijn, is het als een stromend zacht riviertje zonder rotsen, maar er gaat dan ook nooit iets te beleven zijn en op den duur is alles afgevlakt.

Als een liefde “moeilijk” zou zijn, is het als een stromende rivier met rotsen, waarin je elke keer samen iets overkomt en dichter naar elkaar groeit, je elkaar blijft inspireren, je samen groeit en blijft beteren en werken en beleven.

Dus je hebt een rugzakje? So what. Kan je samen bergen beklimmen, avonturen beleven en ongekend mooie hoogtes bereiken.

Dus vooral liefste meisjes, blijf moeilijk.

Ik ben een boom in een storm.

Het leven is een storm en ik ben een boom. De storm raast over het land en doet alles beven op z’n grondvesten. Ik ben een boom en heb twee keuzes. Ik blijf onbewogen, maar dan raast de storm overheen me die mijn wortels mee uitrukt waardoor ik val. Of ik beweeg mee en laat de storm mij overkomen, ik kies ervoor om de storm aan gevoelens en gedachten over mij heen te laten razen, ik beweeg zachtjes mee en plant diep mijn wortels, ik vertrouw erop dat het wel goed komt. De storm gaat over en ik blijf diep geworteld staan, verwonderd en vooruitkijkend naar de toekomst.
