IT WILL GET EASIER TO BREATHE.

Stop feeling GUILTY for “not trying hard enough to improve my health”

Less strain on face and throat

Less strain on face = less swelling and inflammation, clearer senses, reduced brain fog

Less strain on chest and upper body

Improve self control , ability to TOLERATE DISCOMFORT

Improve focus, discipline, be able to stay in a flow state longer

BREATHE

Stop feeling gross and slightly embarrassed in front of strangers/kids/new friends

Stop hacking up nasty brown gritty stuff every day

Better skin hair nails I don’t really care much about that though

Ok I have to move the stuff on my walls around now but. my mom just visited finally brought this drafting table that my dads friend was getting rid of that has been sitting in my parents garage for years Because I found this amazing I think home- welded chair at an estate sale a couple months ago and I was like well now I need a taller table. and I haven’t been making art much with the excuse that my neck and shoulders like lock up when I’m sitting at a normal chair and looking down and it makes hand-eye coordination difficult. so I finally have a better set up and we figured out a way to rearrange furniture in my teeny apartment to make it work
