I’d like to thank Justin Shirck a.k.a. Just a Schmuck for having the police come kick me out of the Argo Village Starbucks just for being passionate about my game on my phone while I waited to start work, and then firing me EVEN THOUGH I broke no rules, wasn’t on the clock, and wasn’t even wearing any Aramark uniform. All the shelters want you to participate in their programs, and if you get an offer for a job that ends too late at night clear on the other side of town... good luck sleeping outside. Or you know, turn down the better offer so you can have a roof over your head.

Like. Look at the movement of the water. The color. They’re not in a tank. That’s the motherfucking ocean. Or at least, a large closed off area in the ocean. The man in the video is on some sort of raft.
But those dolphins know the dude well enough to beach right next to him, and while I’m no expert in dolphin-ese, I know enough to make a pretty solid guess that those dolphins are trying to communicate with that clarinet (dolphins have their own languages! And I think the fast, lilting notes of the song combined with the clarinet’s natural sound mimics a dolphin’s clicks and chirps pretty well, all things considered)
So what in the Sam Heck is going on here???

Also, if the billionaire has a decent bank account setup (which, let’s face it, billionaire has), that $100,000 will just come back the next time interest happens. It is a perpetually regenerating $100,000.
With $100,000 I could fix my credit, buy a house in my family’s hometown and a car, drive back there to live, and have a small cushion left over to get me through till I find a local job—which wouldn’t have to be high-paying, mind, since my house would be paid off. If I brought my mom with me, she could afford to quit her three jobs and start collecting on her Social Security. We could live quite well and I might not even have to finish college to get a job with a wage that would pay our bills and expenses. “Life-changing” is no exaggeration.
reasons USA capitalism and especially “trickle down economics” are both bullshit: because they allow situations like this
