headcanon .05 - texting

Despite being an intelligent man, Reno and texting are a ridiculous combo. He’s one of those people that sticks numbers in where words belong and shortens things, and the only punctuation he seems to use is periods.  Thank Gaia for that.

He also tends to make silly spelling errors on a regular basis, such as ‘then’ and 'than’ or bigger words that he’s not quite as familiar with despite knowing the meaning.  This comes from the fact that, while he’s smart and he learns quickly, he didn’t get very good schooling (sometimes none at all) until he was with the Turks.
