I don’t think this law is practical. I do wish that Lt. Croy would remember that Lieutenants do not have the authority to craft far-reaching galactic regulations. Outlawing dancing and younglings would be considered an extremely far-reaching galactic regulation, one that would lead us all to extinction and one that would make me and the other members of the High Command with children look rather hypocritical. Now, perhaps outlawing certain types of dancing would be permissible. I am quite tired of the dance move known as “the floss”.
