this thing happened tonight that so often happens in interactions with my mother where i start crying and shaking and my body feels really sincerely sad and the words that come out are so apologetic and meanwhile up in my head i'm either 😐 or straight up KILL YOURSELF KILL YOURSELF KILL YOURSELF lol. it's like my body is functioning as a different entity, but not in a part way? i don't know, i always have had this separation of sorts from my body, due to the dissociation and the trauma and the gender.
