Now that it has a steady flow of trade due to China and Russia ignoring US sanctions, the system is flourishing: it's developing economic and social infrastructure at pace, including providing new housing and facilities to the most remote areas of the country, and developing the rural economy so that wealth is spread more evenly throughout the country.
