Neil gaiman is my absolute favorite writer. His books teach you to dream about the impossible and believe in the unexpected. Take yourself out of this world we are living in and try to open yourself to a life filled full of hope and wonder. Now what i just asked, is a really hard thing to follow up on. a lot of people are too absorbed in their own little bubble and are too invested into the internet, social media, education and job to even stop and take a moment to realize that time has flown by them so irreversibly fast. It happens to us all, sometimes we just dont notice the time passing by. but the person we once saw ourselves a few years ago doesnt really exist, or he and she does but has been squashed down into a subdued submissive dream state because the new you has taken form. So that means, if even for just a day make it your day. completely detox yourself from all your worries and cant-dos and "gotta be dones" and peel your eyes away from the phone, the tv, the hardass boss and stressful customers and the books that are suppose to get you through college. as brad paisley said Today is the very first day of the new year and you really do have 365 pages to create something wonderful. But if you hadn't noticed 1 year is not worthy of being considered a book, your whole life is. So consider this new year coming up as just another chapter in your life story. There's going to be drama, there's going to be fights, and maybe some romance. But if you put your mind to it maybe this chapter can be the start of you making one of those dreams come true, what ever that may be. Just don't give up hope. Remember its a new year, a new chapter.
