Quirk: Float

Whilst his quirk is extremely similar to Nanas (his grandmother) it has unique differences

Whilst floating he can use charges that appear as translucent circles that propel him forward at high speeds, or he can use it to walk along the air

His hero costume is based off of his grandmothers as a way to honour her memory

While in this universe since he doesn’t have decay his body isn’t affected by his constant scratching-> but he still has scars on his neck due to his high anxiety (being the reason his neck is so scratched up) due to his home enviroment having high anxiety

The scar on his lip is due to a fight with his father when he applied for the hero course (being hit with a rusty golf pole)
