I have mixed feelings about sharing videos of the gig, there was something so incredibly intimate and beautiful about it, but I also know how much their music means to people.

Here is my favourite moment from the night, everyone joined in singing Inkpot Gods, in a church in the middle of Hay, and it was just beautiful.

I finished a very big painting yesterday (the biggest I ever made) and I'm just PHYSICALLY exhausted. I'm wondering if it's a common experience to get this specific kind of exhaustion from creative work. It kinda feels like waking up after a big party, like I don't know what day it is, everything seems unreal, my body hurts, I want to eat a pizza a stare at a wall.

Just came home from a dinner party with the friendgroup at which several people kept saying "Ask Pedro" or "Pedro will know" and I was terrified that they were referring to an AI like Claude but no, thank fuck, they were referring to a cardboard cutout of Pedro Pascal that someone left upstairs and who has been designated a kind of patron saint status in the household.

Geralt is such a good protag to me because he is an impossibly good monster hunter and swordsman, has 1/3 of the continent's population (male and female) in love with him, is very articulate and intelligent- and yet he is still a bit of a loser. Girldad to deeply concerning teenager. Is in a 30-year-long situationship. Falls out with his best friend like they're on the playground. Spends all the money he barely scrapes up on a new jacket. Immediately ruins said jacket. So it goes.

May I add he just loves yapping. He talks and talks and talks. Constantly. He says he has no emotions and then lies in bed with a hot witch and just... stares at an abandonded doll on the shelf, being concerned that the girl who left it there might not be able to fall asleep tonight. He is so self-conscious that he makes up a whole scenario in his head that a woman he loves actually betrayed him and his daughter (she didn't, at this point she would rather die than do that). And to top it off he has mommy issues.

He’s constantly bullied by everyone around him because he’s an idiot. His two best friends are a bard and an elderly higher vampire who doesn’t drink human blood because the last time he did he got so drunk on it he flew directly into a building. He names every horse he owns Roach and always picks chestnut mares. He’s centuries old and didn’t know about periods until he got Ciri and he and the other Witchers got chewed out by a sorceress for not knowing what periods were
