PFFFFF. Don’t agree! Fenris and Isabela have dark skin, me and my friend don’t. We used make up so we’re more similar to them!^^ What’s the problem? Only people with dark skin may cosplay them? Because I’m sure, if I make Isabela with my skin color, everyone say: OMG ISABELA ISN’T SO PALE.

I appreciate advices and don’t like flames, but sorry, this one is very questionable. Anyway, thanks for reblog my post :DDD

Ohhhhh my god.

Blackface and brownface are inherently racist. You are treating Isabela and Fenris’ identity as people of color like a costume, and that is incredibly offensive and harmful.

No one is saying that you can’t cosplay these characters. Just do not use brown/black-face. If people come up to you and whine about your “paleness” (I have honestly never seen anyone do this), you can explain that you appreciate the characters and do not want to be offensive/harmful in your portrayal of them. It is that simple.

I understand what you say and I'm sorry if somebody was offended. BUT. Don't see racism where there isn't. I'm not racist and I really like Fenris and Isabela's skin.

My point of view is that everyone are FREE to use make up if they want! It's just a cosplay choice!! ^_^ Like wearing wigs instead of natural hair, the type of fabric for dress... etc. 

Funny thing: during another convention, my Fenris was a friend that has a natural dark skin color (he's african) and he helped me with bodypaint^^ He never thought that it was an offense, because it isn't for us XD
