Katsudo Shashin, Artist Unknown, 1907
Original
Resoration
Katsudo Shashin, also known as Motsumoto Fragment, is credited to be Japan's first animation. The video depicts a young boy who writes the kanji characters "活動写真" (katsudo shashin) which translates to moving picture. He then turns to the viewer, removes his hate and takes a bow. No one knows who original created the work.
Has anyone watched Perfect Blue? I have been trying to watch this for years.
Here's a new look at The Promised Neverland's live-action movie!
Sharing from Facebook, if anyone needs me to post the direct link to the trailer let me know.
Has anyone watched The Promised Neverland yet? How do you feel the live action is going to turn out? Are you going to watch it? I am. I really want to see Chrona chase after those kids.
I can't believe it's already over there has been two series that came out this year that have made me cry this much in the ending, to be specific tears of joy.The first one was Kakushigoto and now Deca Dence. I loved this anime it was quirky and exiting. Kaburagi and Natsume worm their way into your heart. I really am a sucker for anime in which little girls change a grown man's life. It's definitely worth the watch.
What's an anime you just can't get into? I can't get into One Piece. Even as a kid I'd change the channel when it came on. Don't roast me too hard, senpai.

I recently was invited to an athf page on Facebook and the memes are gold.
Decisions, decisions
This was a pretty cool one. It's not long either so check it out for sure if you are into what happens in the afterlife.
Welp, my 3 trusty followers are probably wondering if I am alive. Work has been a bit much lately and I am pretty sure I am coming down with something. (Not covid) Here's another Naruto meme.
Interesting side note: If you watch the subbed version, Sasuke says Naruto's name with a Mexican accent.
Sasuke was kinda a pecker head.
Convert your selfie to waifu, a.k.a. anime! Using AI-tech, you will immediately get the anime pic that is most like your selfie!
Over the weekend I wasn't able to get much posted, however, I did find this little gym. It is an AI powered website called selfie2waifu and it can create anime characters based off of your selfies. My family and I tried it out and some of the results came out a lot better than others.
The two that came out best resulted from clear pictures with no head tilt and minimal background. I'm going to continue trying this out and see if I can roll myself a better picture because mine was the one that looks like some weird stuff coming out of my chin. (See exhibit number 1). I noticed the kids and baby faced adults too had better results. The third one was actually derived from a picture of a man with a beard.
Though the website gives you an option to snap a selfie right then, it seem that every try forced me to upload instead. Do not let this deter you, for the results are almost instantaneous. There is no email sign up and no wait. If you go to the website's 'about' section, you get to see their terms of service. The terms of service really are not that complicate. Just don't be a jerk. That's something everybody can get behind. I want to see more people use this app and the results from it. So show what you got.
