Kim Possible Ep2 [TV Show]

Kim Possible Ep 2: Sink or Swim

Now I didn’t know Ron was part of the cheerleaders! In the beginning scene, we see the cheerleaders cheering on the bus and the driver looking pretty annoyed.

AND THEN we can see right at the back seat is Ron Stoppable (It’s always so funny saying his name HAHA I even thought they were joking when they said it in the beginning), cheering the loudest and probably most excited of the pack.

It turns out he was the team mascot, how freaking cute!!! XD

The girls starts to get annoyed so Bonnie tells (not ask, but tells :/) Kim to quieten him down. Kim looked a little embarrass, which she should not be BECAUSE it’s great to have a best friend like him!!!

Anyway she tells him to calm down and Ron gets a little upset that she keeps telling him what to do. He then seemed to recognise the road they were on as the way to Camp Wannaweep (LMAO am I right? HAHAHAHAHA), a camp he had to attend at a young age and had bast history with. He starts freaking out when suddenly the bus tyres are flattened right in front of the camp’s gates.

Because of the “no service available” on their flip phones (heheheh ;) they are forced to ask Ron to lead the way to the camp’s payphone.

Ron seeing this as a chance to not be told what to do anymore but actually be the one leading, could not leave the chance to act bossy (I can’t describe it actually. He’s not really bossy but he wants everything to be done his way cause he thinks it’s safer :D)

Weird things start happening at the camp, like the driver goes and missing along with two other girls. From Ron campfire stories, we learn that he was teased by a kid named Gil at the camp, who liked to swim in green, stinky and muddy water. They end up going to cabin 13 where he had some of his safest times at the camp.

There they can hear the driver screaming outside. They run out and he tells them everything he knows. Then, a mutant fish boy appears and spits out this sticky blob that sticks them to the wall.

The fish boy then confronts Ron and tells him he isn’t Gil anymore, he’s Gill! AHAHA they’re confuse and he explains he added a L. Gill wanted to get revenge on Ron for indirectly causing his mutation.

Ron runs away leaving the cheerleaders girl thinking that he left them to die. Kim however, supports him and believes in him and tells them that he isn’t even with suspicious sounds like a boat motor starting and all.

It turns out Ron had figured out a way to save the girls and the driver. He defeats Gill and at the end we see a team of scientist/police (?) come and help them. They were probably called after Gill was defeated.

The girl recognizes his braveness and thank him. Bonnie reluctantly says even though he’s still weird, he’s kind of cool for saving them, to which makes Ron super happy.

Even though Gill tried to harm Ron, Ron cared for him and asked the scientist If he could revert Gill’s mutation to which the scientist replied “I’ll try.”

I think this episode sort of teaches us that you’ll find a hero in the most unlikely person. Ron is classified as noisy and “too loud” yet he ends up saving them, not once thinking of abandonment. I like this guy :D

Some new CAST: Mr Barkin - Turn out that’s the driver name HAHA XD

Tara - She’s the nicest cheerleader to Ron.

Gil/Gill (LMAO) - Gill blames Ron because, Gill took up Ron swimming session in the afternoon so Ron suggested they switch subjects to suit themselves better, to which Gill agreed to at that time.

Running Man Ep194 [K-Variety Show]

Running Man Ep 194: Mafia Game 2

Overall mark: 39/40 - 97.5%

There was a lot of hand pointing and accusations in this ep. As a continuation of the last episode (193 - Mafia Game 1), they are out to find the remaining mafias. We already know that guest Kim Min Jong is a mafia and that he is fooling the others while Oh Man Suk has already been revealed and is cooking food with Haha.

So to continue the episode with the cliff hanger, it is revealed that

Yoo Jae Suk - Civilian

meaning that they had eliminated both civilians and no mafia. In total, three civilians are out and one mafia. REMEMBER that if at the end, there’s still one mafia left in the civilian group, the mafia team still wins.

Either then wearing couple colours, they aren’t partners anymore and now are in more of a civilian vs mafia type of atmosphere just not knowing who’s mafia and who’s not.

The next mission is a shopping mission. Dong Jun and Jae Suk had already left to cook with Haha and Man Suk.

The mission is to buy a product what has these two letters in it. Example - G and Y (the members had potatoes and soy source etc). Then they had to be first to run back to win. They had 3 rounds and the last two who won were Jung Nam and Jong Kook.

They had to discuss who they wanted to eliminate again. In my opinion I thought that Seung Soo and Sang Hwa were the mafias but I wanted Sang Hwa to win so I was hoping no one chose her. At the end Min Jong and Ji Hyo were eliminated.

Kim Min Jong - Mafia

Song Ji Hyo - Civilian

Everyone was so shocked at Min Jong acting but I felt he was using it too much and I didn’t like it. Jo Hwan was really going at deducting things and kept his eyes on Min Jong throughout the trip and then noticing how he didn’t act sick on the bumpy bus ride. I felt like that was kind of hot, him and his psychology skills.

Meanwhile Dong Jun is showing such a sweet and cute side of him listening to Jae Suk and Haha. He’s definitely my favourite member in ZE:A :D I like sporty idols HAHA :D

Man Suk surprised us all by putting three bags of instant coffee and strawberry jam into their curry. I was so shock. Like I was wondering, what the heck is he doing. Even the crew members were shocked AHAHA!

The last mission they had to do before the final elimination was the Cabbage race. Again the two winners will be immune to the elimination. Joo Hwan and Jong Kook won while Sang Hwa was becoming really suspicious to the members.

 At the final discussion, where the other were waiting with the ready food, Sang Hwa and Jung nam were chosen.

I have to say I disliked, Suk Jin, Jung Nam and Seung Soo in this episode. They were just weird and Jung nam was acting like she was a kid. Whining and all.

It was a fun episode. The winners, Kim Min Jong, Oh Man Suk, Ji Suk Jin and Kin Jung Nam all got gold badges. I was secretly hoping that Gary was the other mafia and fooled everyone but he wasn’t HAHA!

Everyone enjoyed their food where Sang Hwa said it was nice making memories on here and taking a break from ice skating, and she wants to meet them all again in the future, to which everybody agrees. I really like her <3

Kim Possible Ep1 [TV Show]

Kim Possible Ep1 - Crush

Guess what?? I just started watching Kim Possible! :D I’ve been wanting for a while but never got around to it until today. Mainly though, because I want to see Ron Stoppable get out of the friend zone ... XD

In this episode, Kim tries to stop evil Dr Drakken from stealing Japanese technology to build his own giant robot. However the more major problem for her is deciding when and how to ask her massive crush, Josh Mankey, to the dance with her considering the amount of girls he rejected.

After she finishes defeating Dr Drakken with the help of Ron and Wade, she finally gains the confident to ask Josh out after hearing he rejected Bonnie, who’s her rival/enemy in school.

Like I said before, I’m really liking this, getting out of friend zone subplot cause they have been best friends for so long and then to get out of that is really a great thing to watch XD

In Crush, we find out that Kim and Ron always went to the dance together because it was their thing to do. So having Kim not wanting that anymore and leaving Ron to find his own partner is disheartening.

I bet if this was a real life drama, I would feel so bad for Ron and all but because I know what’ s going to happen at the end, I’m fine. Just anticipating the moment. Cannot wait to see them fall in love.

It’s so cute cause Ron has always been there for her. I just can’t at this <3 I’m admitting that I’m watching Kim Possible for their relationship only and not her saving the world HAHA :D

Ron Stoppable

Wade - He’s a 10 year old techny who helps Kim out by providing her with the gadgets, and technical things like hacking. He contacts her through the ‘Kimmunicater’ inside her locker when help is needed and prepares transport for her.

Rufus - He’s Ron new pet, a naked mole rat. He’s so adorable plus I hear he helps out in some missions :)

Dr Drakken - I did some research and found out he will be appearing a lot more then the other enemies. Funny guy, obsessed with taking over the world.

Shego - She’s like the emo version of Kim Possible, wearing a toxic green and black body suit and has some sort of powers since her hands are shown holding this blob that glows.

Josh Mankey - Kim’s crush. Thought he was cocky at first but he’s cool (though Ron is better obviously)

Bonnie Rockwaller - I think she’s Kim’s rival in school. Both cheerleaders.

Running Man Ep193 [K-Variety Show]

Running Man Ep 193: Mafia Game 1

Ending: 5/10 (because it ended on a cliff hangers and OMG who likes cliff hangers?!?!?!

It was a nice episode. The same guests as episode 192 as the camping trip continues.

It’s 8pm on the same night that we finished episode 192. The cast and guests are eating in the cabin instead of having a camp fire because of the unexpected rain. There, Jae Suk read out their answers that they did earlier. It was a questionnaire to determine how they felt about their partners.

Ji Hyo and Dong Jun one was full of compliments making the members tease them and ask “Why not just say you love each other then?” This makes Gary extremely jealous HAHA poor him.

They had to wake up at 5 am the next morning and hold hands with their partner to be able to eat their breakfast first. I found it so cute that even the guys/men aren’t afraid to hold hands with each other.

They are then told they would be individually ask to talk privately where the producers will either tell them they are a Mafia or Civilian.

They had to do missions and at the end of each one, they had to eliminate a team or an individual. Four people however gets an advantage in that elimination round if they win the mission first.

The first mission was a mud crab race. Haha and Oh Man Suk were eliminated in the first round, while Kim Jong Kook, Kim Min Jong, Lee Sang Hwa and Kang Gary were immune to the elimination.

Haha - Civilian

Oh Man Suk - Mafia

The Second mission was about fishing a fish that has to be bigger then your hand. They had to be on a boat and go fishing. 2 team per boat so 3 boats in total.

Suk Jin was able to catch the first fish straightaway. Soon after his partner, Jung Nam caught the biggest fish out of the four, a Flounder. Then Ji Hyo during her attempt to catch a shark (what a cutie) caught the longest fish, or eel to be exact. Truly a Queen of Fortune.

P.S When she caught the fish, she kept yelling “Oppa” and since Dong Jun is younger then her, she was calling Gary since he was on the boat with her. Monday Couple feels <3

Lastly, Joo Hwan caught the last fish, in time to save his pride.

Dong Jun and Jae Suk was eliminated.

They were also busy eating abalone rather then completing the mission HAHAHA XD

Kim Dong Jun - Civilian

Yoo Jae Suk - [have to watch ep 194 to know] This is the cliff hanger they ended with -_-!

During the mission, Min Jong looked like he was very seasick and I actually believed him too cause I know how awful seasickness can be. However when he got off the boat, he walked away from the group and quietly said to the camera “How long do I have to keep pretending?” (or something along that lines, I forgot already HAHA :P

We are then told

Kim Min Jong - Mafia

However the others don’t know and don’t suspect him because of his pretend seasickness.

A running joke throughout the ep was everyone suspicions towards Ryu Seung Soo and how every move he made was suspicious AHAHAHAHA. he kept trying to tell every one that he was innocent but every time he opened his mouth, he became even more suspicious LMAO

It’s A Boy Girl Thing [Movie]

One of my all time favourite romantic comedy (Oh yeah, I watch these a lot XD)! I decided to re watch it again to freshen up my memories so I could express how I feel about it.

It’s a great movie for sure but I feel it’s so underrated because I don’t hear people going “Have you watched It’s A Boy Girl thing?” Or “I just watched It’s A Boy Girl Thing yesterday,” when I talk to them about movies.

So I’m here to shine some light on it!!!

PLOT: (Wikipedia version) Lifelong enemies awake one morning to discover they have switched bodies and genders, and each sets out to ruin the high-school reputation of the other.

Recount: (My version) Woody Deane and Nell Bedworth has been neighbours ever since they were born. Growing up they didn’t get along as Woody would play football, ride his bikes and annoyed Nell. Meanwhile girly Nell liked to build blocks that spelt “Yale” and “Harvard” and skipped. She would sometimes get back at Woody.

One day, during a school trip to the history museum, they are forced to be partner where they fight, like always, in front of an ancient Aztec god statue, Tezcatlipoca (God of Sorcery).

The next morning both wake up to find they are in the wrong room, the wrong bed, the wrong clothes and, the wrong body.

Freaking out because they don’t know what has happened, they decide to just act as close to normal as possible, which was impossible since either are really them. However they start to go against each other in an effect to ruin each other high-school life and reputation.

After an experience where Woody (in Nell’s body) decides to lose Nell’s cherry but bails at the last minute from Nikki, comes to school with everyone calling her (him) a slut. Nell (in Woody’s body) gets upset by this until she learns the truth and beats up Nikki.

They discover that Nell has Woody’s strength now which he needs, to play at the homecoming game where he could be scouted for college. He teaches her how to play and use her strength. Woody then has to learn about poetry and Shakespeare to help Nell get into Yale through the interview.

They decided to be each other’ s date for homecoming but declares “it’s not a date”. On the day of the game and interview, each tries their best at the other’s event.

Woody interview seemed to be going badly while Nell is struggling in the game. Woody then comes to the game to cheer on Nell to which she does amazing at the end.

Woody gets scouted and tells Nell that he did the best he could. They then get this weird feeling and become surprise when they find they are back in their old body. Breanna (Woody ex-girlfriend that Nell broke up with when she was in his body) comes up to kiss him in front of Nell. She leaves in disbelief.

On the day of the homecoming, Nell decided not to go while Woody and Breanna wins Homecoming King and Queen. They are about to have the first couple dance when, Nell walks in, in her beautiful dress, having decided to go after chatting with her dad. Woody leaves Breanna and declares his love for Nell instead.

They leave and later end up kissing at the large tree in between their houses that was grown when they were born and have been there since their beginning. We then see Nell telling her parent that she was taking a one year sabbatical before going to Yale and leaves with Woody in his car.

You guys have to understand that this isn’t everything and I tried my best not to recap it to the core but yeah XD

One of the reasons why I love this movie is because the hate first (or in this case for the first 18 years) and love later concept was EXPRESSED IN HERE SO MUCH!!! I really love watching the characters starting to fall in love with someone they hate, like there’s just something about that makes me on tingly and go, “I”VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!”

The movie is hilarious. The first time I watched it, I replayed the parts ton of time just to laugh again and again and again. So you see, you just need these components for me to rate it a good romantic comedy.

I feel nostalgic when I watch this because it makes me miss how easy romantic comedies made me laugh back then. Nowadays if feels complicated and force, Don’t you think? Plus the lightness of the movie too, it isn’t heavy with stuff that writers try to put in for us to “learn”. :(

CAST: Kevin Zegers as Woody Deane - F*cken dream boy. Looks at those eyes and dimples plus that hair fits him perfectly <3 KILL ME ALREADY

Samaire Armstrong as Nell Bedworth - Beautiful girl. I haven’t seen her in much stuff either then this and Resurrection. P.S I want them to be together in real life so bad…

Those two are just the mains. There’s a few other characters that you will meet for example Breanna ;D

Still new at this so I’m a little (or a lot) rusty on expressing my thoughts and feelings about things. This review was really just full of recap WHICH REALLY ISN’T WHAT I WANT TO DO :( But please enjoy :)

Do I recommend? Uh yah of course!

Steven Universe S02E24 [TV Show]

Again, I started watching this before I made the blog. One day I will come back and talk about the other episodes though :D

Peridot is still living with The Crystal Gems and helping them build the drill. Peridot gets on Garnet’s wrong side and ends up being tied to the fence.

I really love the characters in Steven Universe. They're really likeable and teaches you stuff that actually helps you in real life.

In this episode, Peridot learns to apologize to Amethyst after she unknowingly makes her upset in an effort to impress her.

This teaches us that, you have to think before you talk. Think about it and see if this would hurt anyone and if you accidently let it slip, know when to apologize.

SUCH GOOD MORALS! WELL DONE STEVEN UNIVERSE TEAM! WELL DONE.

Running Man Ep192 [K-Variety Show]

Ok so it’s weird that I’m starting on episode 192 and not episode 1. Sorry but before I got the idea to make this blog, I had already started watching in the beginning of 2013 (or was it 2012??) AND I can’t find it anywhere in me to start again HAHA. After all I’m already behind by 90+ episodes :( :D But if I want to re watch and episode, I will definitely post my thoughts of it up here!

Running Man Ep 192: LAND CROSSING RACE

Of course since it’s Running Man, it had to be funny. The Running Man cast and the guest were partnered up and were sent on a mission to travel to Haenam (which according to them, is all the way at the end of Korea).

They did missions along the way and whoever got there first would receive a big advantage. The advantage was the types of tents they were going to be sleeping in. 

Here’s a picture of Dong Jun and Gary sleeping together in a tent. They weren’t partners but Dong Jun being the manly man he is, let all the women enjoy the large tent that he originally was going to be in with Ji Hyo (his partner).

Surprisingly, Kwang Soo and his partner, I’m Joo Hwan won the day and got the camping van instead of a tent. It was also raining so having it was a great advantage.

The three women, Ji Hyo, Kim Jung Nam and Lee Sang Hwa got to sleep in the big, luxury tent where there was a pot for cooking and to keep warm.

The others were either with their partner, sleeping in their tent or alone (Suk Jin because Jung Nam was with the girls).

I thought the women tent wasn’t as great as the others, mainly because it seemed cold and they were on separate stands so it didn’t seem cozy like the men smaller tents. (like Gary’s one).

The missions were funny. Especially the parts where Ji Hyo kept rolling number 6 on the dice where you had to eat spicy food and not drink water. Dong Jun was so cute, being enthusiastic no matter what HAHA!

And they brought back the cone sitting which was hilarious! Ryu Seung Soo (Jae Suk’s partner) had to sit on it 3 times and it was so funny because he kept looking into the far distance. Trying to block the pain AHAHA. He even did something sneaky which I won’t tell you what :P

My god, Donald Duck looks extremely mad in here what the hell!

Moorim School Ep1 [K-drama]

My friend recommended me to try watching this drama trailers and I was hooked straightaway! There were still about 5 to 4 more days before the first episode came out and I was just complaining and complaining about how come the episode isn’t out yet.

So when it came out, omg first thing first, SOUNDTRACK IS FREAKING SO GOOD! My favourite OST from the drama so far is Alive by Vixx ;D

Fun fact: Hongbin who plays one of the main in the drama is also from Vixx.

He’s skinny built in my opinion XD (alright, getting off topic here)

We get introduced to Yoon Shi Woo and we can see that he clearly has some problems with his ear that he needs to take medicine for. He’s the main character of the drama and is an idol. Let me tell you, he’s really annoying in the beginning. Has a lot of anger and a bit of disrespectfulness. So different from his actor, Lee Hyun Woo :) I found him annoying in the beginning because of that but I’m sure the opinion would change soon.

He looks good, just a little short in height HAHA (sorry for checking out the actors)

Then we see Wang Chi Ang who is spoit. Like the description said he was spoilt but HE WAS REALLY spoilt. However he’s also really happy and cheerful and has taken a liking to Soon Duk (more on her next). Chi Ang chases after her even though she finds him in the way. I don’t ship them. I pretty sure that she’s going to be with Yoon Shi Woo which I think will work out.

But hey, that dimple’s pretty cute *wink wink*

Next we have Soon Duk. She’s a real cutie and despite how she looks, she has a pretty deep voice for a girl her age. I like it ;D She can sell literally anything. She knows how to use her words to get someone to buy something from here.

Obviously she has to work to take care of her blind father. He was in an accident 18 years ago that cause him to be blind but I have a feeling that it’s connected to this plot somehow because in the beginning when we see Shi Woo, the caption on the bottom says *18 years later* so I think it’s connected :D

It’s rare for me to like the main girl but damn she was just great right from the beginning. She gets into a bit of bad situation with Shi Woo that leaves him hating her because it has ruined his career. She however doesn’t know what she did.

Ok here is my favourite main character of the four. Hwang Sun Ah is Moorim’s School dean’s daughter. We first see her at Shi Woo concert and she looked suspicious in the beginning but she’s really just a big fan of him. She was the one that saved him from the falling light on stage and asked him “Does your ears hurt? Come to Moorim school, the dean can probably fix it.” This then leads Shi Woo the school.

Because I know Soon Duk is more likely going to be with Shi woo then Chi Ang, I HIGHLY WANT Sun Ah and Chi Ang TO END UP TOGETHER! Like please can this happen XD! Dream come true if it does. I’m so tired of the second male lead to not end up with anyone. That’s so boring and sad. And lame. And cliché. LET HIM END UP WITH HER PRODUCERS/DIRECTORS/WRITERS!!!!!

Look look, an AngAh interaction! I’ve been saving as much photos of them together as I can (there’s only 6 WHAT THE HELL)! It would be great if they ended up together because they both like the other two main leads in the beginning. I love Hate at first but then Love later relationships <3

There’s a few other characters but they aren’t really explained so if you want to know about them also, WATCH THE DRAMA!!! XD

The episode ended with Chi Ang and Shi Woo rolling down a hill in the forest and then seeing the vines (cue OST XD) around them move to open a gateway to Moorim school. The students and teachers there are in shock and surprise when the ground that's shaking (a lot like an earthquake). They all run outside to see both Shi Woo and Chi Ang walking towards them.

They ended it well. In my opinion, I thought the episode was a bit slow but really deep down, I think I just really wanted  get into the drama straightaway ;D

Sorry if my descriptions is a bit weird and doesn’t tell you much. I’m trying to express how I feel without telling the whole plot of the first episode because that’s what a Drama Recap does (read drama recap on Dramabeans :)) and not what I want to do.

Moorim School [K-drama]

I’m going to be doing episodes reviews for Moorim School next so I’m just posting the basic plot and cast here first :D

PLOT: (Dramacool) The Moorim School isn’t focused solely on high academic scores. The school teaches its students virtues including honesty, faith, sacrifice and communication. The teachers and students at the school come from different countries and each have their own stories. Yoon Shi Woo is a troublemaker idol star who suffers a setback and finds himself shoved into this strange school to straighten out. Wang Chi Ang will be the roommate he strikes up a friendship with. He’s a rich kid with a carefree personality who was let in because of his powerful parents. Meanwhile, Sim Soon Duk is a hardworking student who supports her blind father and has to attend Moorim in secret. Hwang Sun Ah  is the daughter of the school’s president and Moorim’s ace student.

CAST: Lee Hyun Woo as Yoon Shi Woo - He is a troublemaker idol star who suffers a setback and finds himself shoved into this strange school to straighten out.

Lee Hong Bin as Wang Chi Ang - He will be Shi Woo roommate and will strike up a friendship with. They however clash in the beginning because of different personalities. He’s a rich kid with a carefree personality who was let in because of his powerful parents.

Seo Ye Jin as Shim Soon Duk - She’s a hardworking student who supports her blind father and has to attend Moorim in secret.

Jung Eugene/Jung Yoo Jin as Hwang Sun Ah - She’s the daughter of the school’s president and Moorim’s ace student. (I think she’s my favourite so far)

According to Wikipedia, these four are the main characters. From here I’m guessing that both main guys are going to chase after Soon Duk but like always, THE MAINEST guy (AHAHA) which in this case is Yoo Shi Woo, would probably get her at the end.

I’m hoping that midway through the drama, Wang Chi Ang will change directions and go for Hwang Sun Ah instead. I have a ship name for them already!! :P AngAh! Or SunAng! OR ChiAh!!! XD

Hachi: A Dog Tale [Movie]

*cries bucket load of tear* I mean I should have known cause it’s about a dog but still *cries cries cries*

Hachi: A Dog Tale is about a professor named Parker Wilson who finds a puppy at a train station one night after coming home from a trip. He decided to bring him home after no ones seems to own him. His wife Cate tells him to hang up flyers of the dog as she doesn’t want to keep him.

However after a while she sees how close her husband is with the dog and decides to keep him. We Hachiko grow a little more and sees him running after Parker when he goes to work. Parker tells him to go home but he comes back again to wait for him to come home. This becomes a routine for them as Hachiko waits for Parker at the train station everyday waiting for him to come home.

 It’s heart-crushing in the part where Parker dies of a heart attack while teaching his students and Hachiko doesn’t understand this. He continues to wait for Parker at the train station everyday  for 10 more years until he himself leaves the world.

You know what’s even sadder? It’s based on a true story :’( *cries so hard*

I watched this yesterday and I cried so much. I also was trying to quieten my cries cause I didn’t want my mum to hear and see me like this lmao (anyone else feels this way ? HAHA)

I think when something so good and sad Is based on a true story, it makes it even sadder because you’re thinking, omg someone really went through this and in this case Hachiko went through this…

Ok so emotional right now. I was just blowing my nose so much that I got a bleeding nose and had to stop AHAHA *cries*

You know what else that’s really sad? Hachiko won’t ever fetch the ball but then on that one day, it’s like he knew that something big was going to happen and suddenly wanted to play fetch with Parker and when Parker dies, he’s holding onto Hachiko’s ball. Ok I just killed myself right there :’(

CAST: Chicco, Layla and Forrest as Hachiko - Akita dogs are extremely loyal so if you want one you need to be willingly to be there for it and love and care for them like they are your own kids.

Richard Gere as Professor Parker Wilson - I have never seen his other movies but he did such a great job in here. I was really emotional because of the love that Parker gave to Hachiko.

Joan Allen as Cate Wilson - The most saddest scene for me was when Cate came back to visit Parker grave for his 10 year anniversary and she sees Hachiko still waiting. She comes to him and says “omg poor you, you’re still waiting” and that was when I Iost myself in my cries (quiet ones cause it was 1 am and my mum you know ;D)

Sarah Roemer as Andy Wilson - Andy’s Cate and Parker daughter and she had loved Hachiko the first time she saw him already. When parker died and Cate sold the house, Hachiko went to live with Andy but he always wanted to wait for Parker so he runs to the train station whenever the door is open. After she takes him back home again she realizes that he needs to go and she tells him that she loves him and wants him to stay with her but if he needs to go then its ok. I cried a lot here too.

Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa as Ken Fujiyoshi - He seems so wise in the movie. Like he gives me the impression that he knows a secret or knows everything and it’s a good impression.

Erick Avari as Jasjeet - He’s  an Indian hot dog cart vendor that gives Parker his morning coffee everyday and I guess he become the second Parker for Hachiko however he can’t take him home and just takes really good care of Hachiko whenever he’s at the train station.

Jason Alexander as Carl Boilins - I guess he started this all but not wanting to lock Hachiko overnight at the train station when Parker approached him after seeing the dog. He’s was a bit hungry for fame when a reporter came wanting to do a story on Hachiko and Carl claimed he was the one that found the dog and gave it to Parker (obviously not you liar). Also when people sent him money to buy food for Hachiko, he keeps the money (I think). But still when he keeps seeing Hachiko wait for Parker even after his death, he approached him and said “You don’t have to wait anymore” then when Hachiko doesn’t respond, he says “It’s ok, do what you have to do”. *ugly cries*

Kevin Decoste as Ronnie - Ronnie started the movie in his classroom where the students had to talk about who their heroes were. Ronnie said his hero was Hachiko, his grandfather dog which was received with lots of laughter. However at the end of the movie you can see that the students were clearly moved by his speech. When he comes home, he’s dad Michael (Andy’s husband) hands him a puppy and he walks it along on the train tracks just like Parker did with Hachiko. Ronnie calls the puppy Hachi.

Here’s another cry worthy moment. When Andy lets Hachiko leave her house forever, and he sleeps under the train carts that he uses for the next ten years, you realise that he doesn’t have a home anymore and that made me so upset.

Do I recommend this movie? F*ck YES! (sorry I swore)

I LOVE IT! Oh My Venus will always have a special place in my heart. I think it is one of the best romantic comedies in drama land :D

The plot wasn’t really original because a man helping out a woman to lose weight after her breakup has appeared in so many books and movies. However the cast did such a good job and it felt so real (I am sad because it’s not real :’( *cries*).

Kang Joo Eun is a 33 year old lawyer who was once known as her town’s Daegu Venus (a nickname she got during high school because she was very beautiful and had an envied body).

However 15 years later she has become chubby. To make it worst, her boyfriend and first love of 15 years, Im Woo Shik, decides to break up with her when she thought he was going to propose, to be with Oh Soo Jin, her friend who she hasn't meant for awhile and was chubby during her school years.

Upset and angry she just happens to meet Kim Young Ho, also known as John Kim in America where nobody knows what he  looks like. He is known for helping celebrities transform their body. He was involved in a big scandal and decided to go to Korea for a bit with his two friends/students/kids, Jang Joon Sung and Kim Ji Woong (it’s the two guys in the above gif).

She somehow convinces him to train her which he reluctantly agrees. From their they train together and go through health issues and fall in love.

I’m laughing so hard at the above gif AHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHA XD

The two main have amazing chemistry together, one of the best in my opinion I mean just look at this! It’s one of their iconic actions XD

CAST: Shin Min Ah as Kang Joo Eun - She’s a great character and so beautiful <3

So Ji Sub as Kim Young Ho/John Kim - CAN WE TAKE A MINUTE TO APPRECIATE HOW GOOD HE LOOKS FOR HIS AGE (38) <3 <3 <3 He’s also a great character! I felt myself yearning for someone like him HAHA ;P

Jung Gyu Woon as Im Woo Shik - I disliked him a lot throughout the drama but everything is resolved at the end so all good now ;) I also mistakened him for young Kim Young Ho in the beginning when he appeared.

Yoo In Young as Oh Soo Jin - I disliked her even more then the ex boyfriend. She was annoying and had this weird haircut. But again everything was resolved at the end so ;)

Sung Hoon as Jang Joon Sung - He’s a pro boxer that goes to Korea to enter competition and is known as Korea Snake. I think he’s a great guy. He’s so nice and isn’t mean or arrogant to Joo Eun when he helps train her or to anyone really. He also gets his own small plot and love line which I really SUPPORT!!!

She’s so persistent I love it!!!!! XD^^^^^^^

Henry Lau as Kim Ji Woong - Henry did such a good job! I never knew he was an actor but anyway he was so funny and caring. HE supported Joo Eun right at the beginning when he met her and also ships Joon Sung with the CF Queen (gif above).

Jung Hye Sung as Jang Yi Jin/CF Queen (she calls herself that AHAHA) - Usually I would hate characters like her but surprisingly I really shipped Joon Sung and her together. She was a fan of him and kept chasing him around for a whole year which is a nice change from the guy chasing. I really love lovelines where the girl chases after the guy and he doesn’t like her in the beginning but changes later when she stops chasing.

Choi Jin Ho as Min Byung Wook/Chief Min - He plays Kim Young Ho right-hand man and seriously he is one of the best. He truly cares for Young Ho and is extremely loyal as he has known him from a young age already.

He’s the one in glasses O-O

Thank so much for listening to me ramble! This review was a bit longer then expected cause I’m summing up the whole drama but next time it would be a more one ep or two ep review. ;)
