What You can expect from me:
The Anime-Lover
I really love anime, and I've loved watching anime since I was in elementary school / since I was a kid! :D
I'd like to share my thoughts and insights on anime through this Tumblr blog.
This is going to be like an online diary for me, but specifically for anime.
My favorite anime(s) are: My Hero Academia, Wind Breaker, Moriarty the Patriot, and Demon Slayer.
The Mental Health Advocate
A quick gist on my background: I suffer from Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Gender Dysphoria, and C-PTSD.
But despite those diagnoses, I've found my way back into light and peace through an amazing (or should I say ANIME-zing) journey. And I want something similar for everyone, because everyone deserves love, patience, kindness, and care.
A lot of inspiration I got from anime. A lot of foundations built were from anime.
And in this blog, I am not just going to talk about anime and random thoughts (though some posts will be like that), but I will mainly add the twist of talking about mental health with anime!
With that,
I would like to thank you all in advance for your future support and love!
I really plan to build a community that's a safe space for many anime fans. I hope we can all make this dream of mine come true! <3
I am still preparing my YouTube Channel for video content similar to the theme of this blog. But you can subscribe already here:

By the way,
Why don't we get to know one another better? :DD
Just for fun, I want to ask:
What anime has had the most (or a lot) of impact on you?
My Hero Academia
Wind Breaker
Demon Slayer
Moriarty The Patriot

Depending on your answers, I could make more posts on that anime! I would also love to watch new anime not in the choices above and see what I could learn from them and you all!

YAAAAYYY after a full day of conceptualizing, scriptwriting, voice recording, and video editing, I finally have AnimezPsyche's YouTube Channel Trailer!
I feel very proud of it, but I have much to learn about storytelling using various elements. :D
Here's a new update for AnimezPsyche (An Anime and Mental Health Platform)
Okkkkk I decided to close AnimezPsyche's website (Basically the main blog) so I can focus on the YouTube Channel.
My resources have become more limited that's why I had to do this. I pay so much for the blog's hosting and even its CMP (Consent Manager Platform), but I'm not even getting organic traffic, soooo, I'll close the website.
Also, i'll do microblogging here on Tumblr instead of full blogs like on our official [closed] website, as long as I get to share my perspective on anime!
Anyway, I proudly present to you AnimezPsyche's YouTube Channel:

A Silent Voice: A World Suic*de Prevention Day Post
TRIGGER WARNING
This post may contain triggering words. Please read with caution. If you are feeling uneasy, you may choose to stop reading this post.
SPOILER ALERT
This post may include some spoilers from "A Silent Voice" (anime film)
"Why'd you want to kill yourself?" The mother of Shoya asked him.
A Silent Voice
During sixth grade, Shoya bullied Shoko because she was deaf.
It wasn’t a pleasant experience for Shoko, but soon after, the sins of Shoya came and bit him back, and then it wasn’t a pleasant experience for Shoya either.
Shoya was bullied because he was a bully. He became an outcast, and everyone left him alone.
After maturing, Shoya couldn’t get Shoko out of his head. His guilt tore himself apart and the ostracism haunted him.
Trauma
As a result of all the negative experiences that happened to Shoya, he closed himself off to everyone. He also became very afraid.
He started to become hyper vigilant about others around him. This led him to be careful and cautious with his actions.
He felt like he was always on guard even if good things were happening to him.
It's as if he couldn't allow good things to happen to him.
The Unthinkable
All these emotions: guilt, regret, sadness, hurt, and trauma, made Shoya want to die.
He hated everything he has done at this point.
He hated himself.
The Start of Empathy
Shoya felt guilty and regret as soon as he experienced similar things that he did to Shoko.
Being pushed around, being left out, being hurt, being traumatized.
Maybe he thought deep inside, “This must’ve been what Shoko felt.”
And this has been buried deep down in him.
As soon as Shoya saw Shoko again years later, he wanted to reach out. Not just to meet her, but to let voices be heard. He now wanted to form a new connection with her. A connection filled with love and empathy.
The Guilt
However, it wasn’t only Shoya who felt guilty.
Shoko felt guilty as well.
She felt like if Shoya stayed with her, it would only make his life worse.
Shoya became a very important person to Shoko at this point because of how he now treated her (with love and understanding.)
And when she thought and felt she may have been the reason why Shoya experienced being left out, she tried taking her life.
This was because she hated herself. She always apologized. This shows she felt like a burden to everyone.
“Help me live”
Both Shoko and Shoya apologized to each other.
Shoya told Shoko “I want you to help me live.”
All the burden that Shoko felt reached Shoya, and all the burden Shoya felt reached Shoko.
Both of their voices were finally heard.
Conclusion
First, I realized that sometimes, we have difficulty in understanding what another person is going through, not unless we go through something similar. But this doesn’t absolve us of our responsibility to try to understand what another person is going through.
Second, nobody deserves to be bullied.
Third, nobody deserves to feel like a burden.
Fourth, everyone deserves a second chance at life. Nobody deserves a painful life that they try to take their own lives.
Last, we should always strive to become better people.
We should strive to help each other heal.
We should love one another and care for one another.
Let’s form empathy and understanding and learn and raise awareness.
Let’s make the world a better place.
Final Thought
Did you relate to any part of the post? Or did you have any realizations about the movie? If so, don’t be afraid to reblog or leave a comment below so we can discuss! I’m open to asks as well if you want to ask anything about anime or mental health!
If you are having suicidal thoughts or you know anyone who is having suicidal thoughts, please don’t be afraid to reach out to a friend, a family member, or a professional. (Below also is a list of phone numbers that you can call)
Remember, you are loved, you are not a burden, and you are not alone!
World Suic*de Prevention Day
Today, September 10, is World Suic*de Prevention Day. It’s an awareness day for us to remember how important a life is.
But, even if today passes, let’s always remember to reach out to other people for help, or to reach out to people who are in distress.
Let’s raise awareness to prevent suic*des and prioritize mental health.
Let’s heal together. You are not alone.
If you need someone to talk to, you can also send me a private message here on tumblr, or call the following phone/landline numbers to reach out to professionals who can provide a listening ear:
In Touch: Crisis Line is a 24/7 free confidential support over the phone. It’s open to everyone in the Philippines who are in need of a listening ear for issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, self-harm, or suicide.
It would be fun if you guys would send me an ask which would be anything related to anime and mental health! (like mental health in anime), or about anime in general!
Then we can discuss answers, analyses, and thoughts!
Hi again :D What about you? Who's your favorite wind breaker character and why?
Also if you are into reading manga, when you start reading the WB manga I just know you will love it a lot!! (if you're not into reading manga it's totally ok ofc! Season 2 is coming out next year already!!)
Hellooo again, Rain! @its-raining-tonight
Thank you for the ask! (This might be a little long, hope you will be patient with me hahhaa)
Just as you said in your answer to my ask earlier, it's just impossible to not like most of them HAHHHAHA honestly, the characters are so well written!
BUUUUT, I really like Sakura because I relate to him a lot! (If you've noticed, I've made some posts that revolve around him and that's because I relate to him in those aspects). Aside from that, I really love seeing his growth and character development! It's so nice to watch <3 (I feel like a lot of people relate to him, with all his hurt and growth)
Aside from Sakura, I REALLY REALLY LOVE UMEMIYA!!! He's just such a walking greenflag. You can depend on him if something goes wrong, he's a happy go lucky character which makes you feel like you can talk to him about anything! He's so charismatic, and I can understand why Sakura looks up to him, because I do too lol.
I actually want to develop in me his character traits that I mentioned above hehehuhuhu I just think he's such a good person.
next to Sakura and Ume-chan, I like Suo. He's sooo elegant! Nirei is adorable too, he feels so "real" and yes, he's such a good friend (btw you mentioned in your answer that some people dont like him??? OMGGG?? WHYYY?? He's so likeable)
Choji and Togame, I like them too.. Togame has a big heart for Choji that it's so sweet. I love how Choji is now, but tbh it's so sad how a person can turn into someone like how Choji was before.
the other characters, i dont know much about them yet, so I dont really have anything to say about them yet :')
That's about itttt!
---
(By the way, if i were to read the manga, I have a feeling you're right that I will love it! But Im planning to wait for the anime, because I kinda have a bad habit that when i read manga, i tend to not watch the anime huhu, and me and my brother watched the anime first time together, so we are planning to watch the next season again together, so i'll be waiting til next year hahha!! IM SO EXCITED THAT I ACTUALLY REWATCHED WIND BREAKER 4x NOW HAHAHA)
IT'S SO TRUEEE, Sakura is really admirable, impossible to not like him!! I can't wait for more of your posts about him and other characters ofc :D
AND IKR Umemiya is just so kind, he wants to take care of his friends and give them food all the time 😭🤲 the best older brother ever
Suo is amazing too, he's mysterious, there's something in him that we don't know what it is and I can't wait to learn what is is AAA, and some annoying people say that Nirei is "weak", which he's really not, I totally agree with you!
Chojiii 😭 it was so sad, he really deserves some big hugs
Thank you for answering also!! Your posts are amazing!! Totally valid to wait for the season 2 🫶 can't wait for it 🥺
Aaaaa I really agreeee, Sakura is a lovable character!
Thank you so much for being supportive! I will give my analysis on other characters soon! I'll rewatch the series again to gain more insights. I always learn something new when I rewatch it xD Or my current foundations are being solidified when i rewatch!
AAAA UMEMIYAAAA. hahaha i like the "and give them food all the time"! That's so true! He's a sweet older brother jhdfskhfds
Righttt? Suo is mysterious and interestingggg... and elegant! I love the way he fightssss.
Whaaattt?? people call Nirei weak? grrr, he's totally not! Everyone has their strong points, Nirei may not be a fighter, but Nirei's got a lot of strong points. Maybe I should make a post about him! :D
yessss, big hugs for choji!!!
You're welcomeee!! And thanks for the interactions!! Thanks for the support! and I love your tumblr blog! It's filled with so many fun and interesting things, oh and I love your artworks! @its-raining-tonight

Repetitive Action
“When do you feel your emotions strongly?”
Genya asks Tanjiro.
During Tanjiro's final training from the Hashiras, he's expected to push a large boulder across a specific measurement of the area.
However, Tanjiro couldn't even move it an inch. So, how could he pass this hurdle?
Genya comes up to Tanjiro and asks:
Understanding Repetitive Action
Repetitive Action is both a mental and physical technique.
This technique is used by performing or thinking a repetition of actions or thoughts close to the heart, mind, and soul of the user.
This, in turn, stirs up the emotions and feelings of the user which allows them to exert their fullest strength, and even possibly pass one's own current limits.
Repetitive Action VS. Total Concentration Breathing
How does Repetitive Action differ from Total Concentration Breathing?
Total Concentration Breathing focuses more on the enhancing of physical abilities of the user, and it's concentrated more on the physical technique which is done through controlled breathing.
Repetitive Action, on the other hand, is a mixture of a mental and physical technique where one uses thoughts or mental images (mental aspect), and possibly the chanting of certain words or doing a set of actions (physical aspect).
This will result in the enhancing of physical abilities and mental fortitude of a person.
Psychological and Emotional Impact
As mentioned above, Repetitive Action stirs up the emotions of the user.
This is because when one focuses on a repeated action or thought, it can induce a variety of emotions. Most noted emotions are anger, determination, and desperation.
Based on the book "Laws of Human Nature", anger is the easiest emotion a human can "process". What I mean by that is, in most cases when you are feeling something negative, it is easily labeled as "Anger."
But deep down, this anger is not JUST anger. It can have more emotions rooted to it like sadness, jealousy, hurt, and more.
This means that anger, depending on the deeper roots of emotions, can be used as a propelling force to exert strength.
How Can You Use Repetitive Action?
Now that you know what Repetitive Action is and what it does, you can actually use it too! I, myself, have done it a couple of times.
Routine: Definition
First off, you need to create your own routine. This is going to be a routine you'll do to stir up your emotions.
For Tanjiro, he first remembers the face of his dead family members. He then remembers Rengoku’s words “Set your heart ablaze”.
For Himejima, he chants “Namu Amida Butsu: I take refuge in Buddha” before performing the action that needs his strength
Routine Steps
First, you have to think really hard. What gets you angry? An anger that can boost your strength? You have to be careful though. This anger can give you different reactions from yourself.
Second, create a mental image of what gets you angry. Imagine every little detail of it.
Third, set up a word or a phrase that can get you to induce the mental image.
Fourth, this is when you can chant that phrase to manifest that mental image to stir up your emotions to give you strength
Fifth, do the action that needs your strength! (for me, I did this routine for working out/exercising)
Conclusion
In conclusion, Repetitive Action is a powerful mental and physical technique a demon slayer can use to exert strength. Not only can this technique be used in anime, but it can be used in real life as well.
Do you have your favorite moments of the use of Repetitive Action in the anime of Demon Slayer?

Hi Rain! I want to ask who your favorite Wind Breaker character is and why? :D (By the way I haven't read the manga after the anime yet huhu so please be gentle with spoilers)
Hello :D Thank you so much for the ask!
Don't worry I will not write spoilers!! (just character names that haven't appeared yet)
My absolute favorite is Sakura, besides everything he went through he still got friends now, he doesn't even know what to do with himself! It's too precious seeing him getting better little by little
Besides Sakura I love a bunch of other characters too skshjsjdd it's just impossible to not like most os them 😭
I like Kusumi, he doesn't talk, we don't know why but he still has friends, and Kaji even said that Kusumi is very good at communicating, I think that's very wholesome
I also like Sako (all his past with Hiragi, heartbreaking 😭), Nirei (he's such a good friend, always trying to help Sakura, doing his absolute best, I don't know how people can hate him), Togame (almost destroyed himself trying to save his friend.. My heart)
Now the characters I like that haven't appeared in the anime and without any details are Endo, Inugami and Tsubaki (Tsubaki appeared in the last episodes but yeah it was too little)
Thank you for answering, Rain!
By the way, I totally agree that it's impossible to not like most of them!
It seems Sakura's charm has gotten to you too! He's such a lovable character to be honest <3
aaaaaa that's so interesting!! All the other characters you mentioned and why you like them!
Also, I'm very VERY excited to see the characters you mentioned that havent been shown yet in the anime or had a little screen time!
