sexuality & gender diversity headcanons.Ā Ā hereās one for the lgbtq+ muses: put a number in my ask, and iāll tell you about my museās gender or orientational identity and their relationship with it. tw: topics of homophobia, transphobia, dysphoria and discussion of internalised oppresive attitudes in some of the questions. if you want to help your followers to pick out questions a bit, tag this post with your museās label(s) as you reblog!

how public is your muse about their gender / sexuality / romantic attraction?
is your muse out as lgbtq+? how specifically and in what situations, if that varies.
how much does your museās gender identity and presentation differ from one another? is this a source of issues, or does the relationship between the two feel natural?
how does your muse feel about not being cis or straight? are they content with it, proud, ashamed? would the situation be the same if the culture or surrounding support systems were different?
have there been other meaningful people of the same or similar identities in your museās life that theyāve looked for support or understanding from? how did that go, and was the impact positive or negative in the end?

if the thing that originally caused them to realise / start the chain reaction to realising they werenāt cishet had not happened, how much longer would it had take to end up here?
do they consider toĀ āalways have beenā, or do they see the phases in their life before coming out asĀ āback when i was [cis/straight/allo]ā?
how are their feelings towards pride and related phenomenons?
how does their family feel about the matter? friends? coworkers?āand does their thoughts matter to your muse?
whatās your museās relationship with the current state of their body?
what are your museās feelings towards the culture of romance and sexuality as it pertains to their identity?

@anirondaughter // send š to push my muse into the water.
Ā Ā Peter knows she hadnāt MEANT anything of it. Messing around by the water, like normal teenagers do, itās nothing that would seem ODD or malicious to any onlooker, because of course, thereās no way Morgan could know how Peter would react. Itās not as if Peter has TOLD her about his fears, he hasnāt told her about falling into the lake, how he would have drowned if it werenāt for her dad rescuing him. No, heās just been invited to spend some time with the family, the two of them hanging out by the water, laughing and joking around, before he feels her hands push against him, and suddenly heās falling backwards.Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā SPLASH!
Ā Ā It isnāt too deep, Peter could easily swim up if it werenāt for the rush of PANIC that suddenly hits him, clawing at his chest and making him feel enclosed, submerged, trapped. Eyes screw shut, and all he can see is the fabric of the parachute flailing around him, blocking is wayā which way is up, down, out?! He thrashes back and forth, the wind knocked out of him as he tries to gasp for air, but he CANāT, heās still underwater. He canāt breathe, heās gonna drown, heās gonna dieā SWIM UP.Ā
Ā Ā Instincts kick in, and Peter FINALLY brings himself up above water, which he could have done much faster if he wasnāt immediately hit by his own memories. His face is PALE, hair clinging to his forehead and dripping down his face as he coughs, gasping for air, and forgetting all about his surroundings as he tries to calm himself down.Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā peter and morgan had been having fun near the lake, while uncle rhodey was grilling some burgers with her dad, her mom still inside getting the plates ready. it had been fun, a completely normal day with the sun hitting the water just right. she was laughing and running around him. just stupid teen stuff, you know?
Ā Ā Ā Ā she playfully pushes him into the lake, jumping in right after him. she comes up after a while, running her fingers through her hair and enjoying the feel of the water around her. suddenly, she realizes how quiet it is. sheās alone --- peter didnāt come up.
Ā Ā Ā Ā she submerges herself, her heart in her throat, and sees him panicking. when she was near him enough to help, he suddenly comes up with panic clear in his body.
Ā Ā Ā Ā ā Peter ! What happened ? Are you --- pete, youāre okay. āĀ
Ā Ā Ā Ā sheās frozen enough from the shock that she doesnāt know how to comfort him. she places her hand on his shoulder, trying to guide his breath with hers. she wonders whether she should call her dad --- he would know what to do.Ā
Ā Ā Ā ā cāmon, letās get out of here. āĀ

TONYāS A BIT TOO FAR DOWN HIS PERSONAL rabbit hole of drink and drugs for the night to realize that the girl in front of him is acting a bit strange. Ā ā The pleasureās all mine. ā He grins at her and puts his hand on her back, leading her to one of the bars. Ā ā Now thatās about the saddest thing Iāve heard all night. Itās a paaarty, Antonia. Youāve gotta let loose and just enjoy yourself. I mean, cāmon, itās not every day you get free top shelf booze like this. This is the good stuff. ā Ā
He taps the bar, getting the immediate attention of the bartender whoād previously been attending to a guy next to them. Ā ā Whatever she wants. And another double whiskey. ā Ā Itās plenty of practice that lets him down the ENTIRETY of the last double whiskey heād ordered in a second flat. Ā ā So, what brings you to my humble abode tonight? ā Ā His attention is back on her quickly, hand wrapping around his new glass without looking.
Ā Ā Ā morgan shouldnāt take that drink. she knows she shouldnāt. sheās been sober for 3 months now. she should say no. but ---
Ā Ā she orders a martini. itās a party filled with booze, she might as well give in early. itās not like she can call her sponsor, sheās in the past!
Ā Ā another part of her is also very aware that she should be sober when dealing with a young version of her dad who doesnāt know her and is not even thinking about having children any time soon.
Ā Ā she tries to take just a sip, but as soon as the heat travels down her throat, she craves more and finishes her glass soon after him. she knows this is bad idea, she feels it her bones.
Ā Ā ā i wanted to meet the famous tony stark. iām --- iām a fan Ā Ā ?Ā āĀ
Ā Ā morgan canāt believe sheās here, talking to her dad --- itās hard to stare at him with her mouth wide open in awe.
what are her thoughts on her father and his sacrifice? does she resent him for it? how much does she remember about him?
oooh! i love this! okay!
morgan is in awe of her fatherās sacrifice most days. she really looks up to him and sheās super proud that her dad was such an amazing hero that he was willing to sacrifice everything to save the world, her included. sheās always ready to fight whoever thinks otherwise.
there are days where sheās angry; not at tony, never at her dad, but at world, the avengers, thanos. on those days, sheās angry that it HAD to be tony. sheās angry at steve rogers, at captain marvel, at thor, at bruce banner. sheās angry with pretty much everyone except for uncle rhodey, her mom and peter. sheās angry at the universe for taking her daddy away from her. but those moments donāt usually last for more than two days. she KNOWS that it wasnāt any of the avengersā fault. she talks it over with her therapist, she knows. there are just days when emotions take over that knowledge.
she doesnāt remember too much about him, like from her own memories. she knows a lot because of home videos he recorded. she knows because of photo albums. she knows because her mom, uncle rhodey, peter and harley tell her stories. but there are times when she goes back to the lack house, and she remembers little things. like her dad eating juice pops with her, the stories he used to tell her before the bed. his smile, his scent, his hugs. she never truly forgets; she doesnāt let herself forget.
