maybe forever ;
The both of them really couldn’t do much else by stay at home. The ‘fun’ part about secret relationships was they had to be ‘secret’. He couldn’t take her out on dates or anything like that. Any time they were seen together outside of any type of schedule, all hell would break loose. It was better for the two of them to just remain hidden from the public eye. He wasn’t sure about her, but he still got shit about how they used to be on twitter and instagram when they were still trainees. Things had cooled down, but they heat up if Min and him were even breathing the same air. Fans enjoyed loosing their shit.
Jiho reached up and covered his mouth to hide his yawn. He hummed a bit as he looked over at her. There wasn’t much either of them could say. What was done is done. They were just going to have to deal with it. He wouldn’t tell her to give up being solo and she wouldn’t tell him the same. Neither of them had any plans of giving up their careers for their relationship. They didn’t plan on breaking up (at least, he wasn’t), but they were just going to have to put up with not seeing each other. The heart grows fonder after time, Jiho thought with a tilt of his head.
"Could be worse. You could be in America promoting," Jiho chuckled humorously. If either of them promoted in America, then there would be a big problem. He was pretty sure he wouldn’t be able to see her for months. At least if they are promoting in Korea, they can see each other for a while. He even went to her concerts in Korea whenever he could get time.
At the suggestion at sleep, he childishly whined. He didn’t want to get up. He buried his face between her shoulder and neck again. He didn’t want to get up. Sleep sounded amazing, but he honestly didn’t want to get up.
she missed the freedom. the days before they were trainees when they could tease each other, flirt and do everything in between without a care in the word. but as soon as they were put on the map, even their normal interactions were blown out of proportion. their constant time spent hanging out was to either be lessened or documented less on social media. people and staff members of the company were actually worried that they were dating. it was a bummer and strain on their friendship. it was a wonder that they managed to get into a relationship.
there was an upside to the solo actives: she had more creative direction and influence now. being someone as experienced as she, min managed to gear her free time into her solo debut. of course, she didn't have all the reigns to it but she did have a big say in what she does. it made her excited, to say the least. so maybe, just maybe, she could get jiho to produce....or possibly feature on it. it would really increase their time together.
the blonde nodding, thinking back on it. the korean market didn't do all too well once it hit america save for a few artists -- namely from trc. if anything, he would get the chance to promote before she did. "i don't think i'd want to promote in america anyhow. a concert? sure. but never like an american debut." americans were close minded. she knew this from living there (and as a citizen herself). they wouldn't understand the korean pop industry. much less the music style. "but don't worry. we have each other for the next few days or so." they were granting her a small break seeing as she would be the busiest member of her group. even if it was just a few days to mentally prepare herself, it was something at least.
"jagi-ah!" min squealed, laughing as jiho put his face against her neck once more. his breath tickled her skin. her neck had always been a sensitive spot for her. he knew this already. "okay, if you come to bed...." min began, knowing bribes were the only way to effectively move him. "we have a little fun tonight, hm?" though knowing her, she was going to trick him. and her meaning of 'fun' wouldn't be the connotation he was thinking. it would be hilarious though, but she hoped it would work.
