Rooftops of Santa Teresa, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

This was taken on the overhead tram that takes you into the elevated neighborhood. The net you see blurred on the bottom of the photo is the only thing between you and a very long fall. But this was taken in 2011, so maybe things have changed since then?
