Everyday should be a celebration of strong women and total gender equality but until we're in that place I think we should use these opportunities to empower each other. Nothing makes me more frustrated than seeing us tear each other down - we have enough obstacles to navigate already, let's make sure we don't add another one to each other's journeys.

To all the amazing women throughout history who inspire me to raise my game; to all the men who are making a difference in challenging perceptions; to all the people occupying all the spaces in between and being totally 100% true to yourselves; thank you.
