Yoga Journey

After my diagnosis with anxiety, I realized that I only have 2 tactics that can stop attacks:  yoga and singing/music. So today, I did my warrior II pose. I really enjoy this pose for the grounding!

If you don't feel balanced, what can you do about it? . Hmm... that’s actually a difficult question. Balance really comes from understanding the reasoning behind things that may seem like opposition. In order to know about good there must be bad. In order to have a hero you must have a nemesis. So the reality is when things seem unbalanced it’s because we have not learned the lesson or understand the thing or situation that is causing you to feel that way. Did I confuse you? Because I think I just confused myself!
