It's caused radiation to spread throughout the ENTIRE SHIP and cause little holes everywhere, because someone thought it would be a great idea to replicate a freaking lab FILLED with that type of stuff for some trial with First Officer Riker. Lt. Commander Data had gotten in there once and basically got cloned and trapped in there too. The captain, Lt. Worf- and others! Have all gotten stuck in this 10-BY-10 ROOM on multiple occasions, and probably more.
Do better, Starfleet. Do better.
