Do What Kings Do.
40% of today's Fortune 500 companies will no longer exist in 10 years. Not because Tyler is blowing them up, but because most organizations' ability

The camera put portrait painters out of business, Instagram took Kodak out of business and iPhones took cameras out of business. The rapper didn’t need a record label. In fact, records didn’t need a record STORE, and music didn’t need records. That’s taking the friction out of the process. But we still have music.

I got a question for you. WHAT DO YOU WANT? It's a stupidly simple question, right? But it helps you cut through the bullshit. Because we spend our

Can I ask you something? How much time are you paying to what your competitors are doing? Really? Let me tell you something. My intuition says

Leave your Ego at the Door
It’s difficult to keep learning when you are going through your day at 100 miles per hour.
Probably, this is the last thing you want to do.
But it’s extremely important.
Every mistake should be a learning opportunity.
When someone makes a mistake, instead of asking, “Why are you such an idiot?” (It’s your ego anyway.)
Ask, “Why did the process fail?”
For example, why did you create a system where people can send to trash such an important file? How can he do it anyway? Why you don’t have backup servers?
Any notable bug or mistake should be discussed with your team in a “What did we learn?” session.
And don’t forget!
Leave your ego at the door!
It doesn’t matter who screwed up.
Only what to do differently next time.
People do not fail, processes do.
As Philip Zimbardo would say, “It’s not bad apples, it’s the barrel.”
Talking and sharing what we’ve learned with each other is magical way to continuously improve your ‘barrel’.
This Doritos bag plays the entire ‘Guardians 2’ soundtrack because everything is an ad now.

Startups and founders can be a really good source of ideas, but ideas without facing reality go nowhere.
Determination and passion without some kind of stability can lead to bankruptcy.
Dreams unsupported by teams and skills tend to die.
A product is only worth something if other people care about it.
It doesn’t matter what you think or what you believe.
You need to build your business, not your ego.
How to Stay Motivated
1. STAY CONSCIOUS OF YOUR MOOD AND MIND / Be positive. Repeat mantras. Listen great music.
2. FOLLOW YOUR OWN DEVELOPMENT / Celebrate your achievements. Open champagne.
3. KEEP GOOD COMPANY / Surround yourself ONLY with good people who are positive, happy and enrich your life.
