Tim winced a little when the repeating of his name began to blend together. "Jeez, Bart breathe. What?" He knows the speedster. Clearly he's excited about something.

The poor woman.. they still caught the shooter. But that didn’t take away the fact that someone died. And he was crying again. This time he turned to face Damian, hugged him tight, rather then hide the tears.
Damian shook his head. “It’s okay, I came in a little intense.” He kept his arms around Jon, providing as much comfort and support as he could. He awkwardly patted his back and then squeezes him. “It’s going to be okay. It is. I’ve been there and it is.”
After a few minutes, Jon pulled away. "i know." He wiped at his face again with his coat sleeve, taking in a deep breath. His dad warned him. That being a hero wasn't going to be all fun and beating up bad guys. That it was going to be hard too.

The snapping comes as a surprise. Damian takes a step back. But then Jon deflates and says that.
“I messed up. I couldn’t save someone.”
And Damian knows how that feels. He comes in closer and puts his arms around Jon. “I’m sorry. It’s okay. It’s okay to cry about that.”
When it came to Jon he could be so soft, so sweet, he was almost unrecognisable.
